My daughter went to the new dentist here, DR. Abdoul (we were with the practice at that location before Insight Dental) so I made an appointment also. Found out I needed a cap on a broken filling. The cap and work was faulty, I returned to get some help on the issue and Dr. Bove said all was fine I could get another cap at my expense. When I called the office to see if Dr. Abdoul was returning from her leave so she could help my situation I was told she was not. The exact same thing happened to me as the other post here. «They did not offer to help with the repair and basically said she was on her own». Every one of my granddaughters fillings have fallen out and an excuse was made on that also. More money spent to replace the faulty dental work there. I called to cancel our future appointments and told them that I was displeased and same answer as the other posting, «Okay, thank you good bye.» Our family of 6 will not be back to this practice. I would not recommend them at all.

Referred my mom to this location — they did some work and it was faulty. She went back and they did not offer to help with the repair and basically said she was on her own. I’ve had some problems with one of my fillings and will not be going back. I called to cancel and let them know I was displeased (Bianca) and she said «okay, thank you!” — did not ask for feedback, offer to let me speak with someone or recognized the fact that they had a dissatisfied customer. When told her lack of concern was upsetting, she again said «okay, thank you!» and I hung up. Terrible customer service, and no desire to sustain the relationship.
So disappointed.

After discovering that I had dental insurance with my company that I did not know I had. I went to try and discover a dentist in my area that excepted this dental insurance. I found that insight did take my insurance and was down the street from my house. I looked online and read some reviews that seem like they weren’t very flattering, at the beginning of this practice. After reading the reviews I believe some people were upset that this dental group had taking over the practice from the previous dentist. And obviously some people had unrealistic expectation of dental care. So I felt confident enough with the good reviews to book an appointment.
They got me in right away the staff was friendly and professional I did not have to wait long at all to get into see the doctor. I had a serious amount of work to be done.
I had two crowns that needed to be done. After reviewing my mouth, the doctor and and an assistant came in and gave me a proposal of the work to be done and I found the price to be fair.
When I was given the proposal they weren’t pushy or trying to sell me things I didn’t want or need. Which is what has happened to me in the past.
I accepted the offer and they booked an appointment by the way.
Dr.Abdou is professional, courteous and friendly. I had a lot of work done. Two crowns and a full set of upper veneers. I’ve waited a few months to write this review. Sometimes I wait so you will able to reflect on the quality of the work done. The veneer work was outstanding. I had had veneers put on some many years ago and they were starting to chip and become discolored. The new veneers matched my bottom teeth perfectly color wise and people would say I don’t know what you had done but your smile is so beautiful no one had realize that I have had veneers done. They just knew something was different about my teeth. With this accomplished, I understood what Dr. Abdou was trying to do with my veneers she wanted them to look as natural as possible without looking fake.
Glad I had my work done here.

I had a crown installed at this location and it was great, my doctor (who was of Indian descent), was very thorough. I was afraid because I never ever had my teeth removed. I was referred to a specialist to have a root canal, and then they install the temp and permanent crown. I had no problems. I knew upfront what I would be paying and was in and out in no time. They even have early hours, so I got the permanent installed before work!!!

Called and made appointment for same day! Wow! Excellent reception at office. Efficient use of time and simple new technology made this a great dental experience. Dr Mary Abdou was awesome and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Abdou is THE BEST! There was some confusion with my appointment time, but Dr. Abdou worked me in and even did my cleaning herself! She is always extremely pleasant and professional, and answers my questions and addresses my concerns! I moved to Spring, and I still drive an hour to come see her! Fantastic dentist! :)

I have been going to the same dentist for 20+ years and after meeting Dr. Daniel Bove’, I decided to move my business to Insight Dental Group. From the onset, I was very impressed with the front desk personnel, & Nancy, the hygienist! She was very competent in getting great x-​rays & gave me some helpful tips on better brushing & flossing. The entire support staff was great! After an evaluation with Dr. Bove, he suggested a night guard to help with grinding. I would highly recommend Dr. Bove’ for any dental needs! Easily 5 Stars!

I lost a filing during lunch today, and they were able to fit me in this afternoon. They have been great ever since taking over my old Dentist office. I would recommend to anyone.

I am very particular about my home dental office given that I have worked as a dental assistant. So when we moved to Houston, I was a little overwhelmed trying to find a good fit. Our insurance helped to narrow the scope, but I am so glad that we found Insight! Both dentists are excellent and knowledgable. All of the hygienists we have had (particularly Nancy) have been gentle and thorough. They send you email reminders and newsletters. You can even confirm your appointment through your email! My husband and I both got night guards and they worked with us and our insurance to get a great price. I love Insight and am an extremely satisfied patient!

I was originally a patient with Dr. Crabtree and after his unfortunate death I was skeptical about the dental office changing. But I put those thoughts to rest after my first visit with Insight. The staff is very professional and friendly! Getting appointments are easy and they work with your schedule. Unlike those big name dental offices, Insight professionals take their time with you and answer all your questions. I have no plans on changing dentists and in fact i took my girlfriend there because she is new to Houston. To sum it up, if you are looking for a clean, friendly, professional and affordable! dentist, then Insight Dental is your place!

It had been over 2 years since I had been to the dentist since I moved to a new city — so to say I was a little nervous is an understatement. When I arrived Bea (my dental hygentist) greeted me with a smile and when I told her how long it has been since I have been to the dentist she insured me she would take care of me and she did! My gums have been causing me problems and she was gentle while cleaning but was also very meticulous to make sure she cleaned everything very thorough! She suggested getting the Sonicare DiamondClean to help with my gums especially where my permanent retainer has been making it difficult to floss in certain places. When Dr. Bove checked me out at the end to take a look at everything he showed me how the Sonicare DiamondClean tooth brush worked and explained why he endorses it (plus: it’s the cheapest I have been able to find it anywhere so I got one). Lucky for me I didn’t have any cavities or problems beside my gums after 2 years!
I’m so glad I’ve finally found a dentist in Houston I feel confident with! Bea was amazing and I’ll be sure to keep my cleaning regular again.

Dr Abdou is great! I had A necrosis root she did a root canal for me and I couldn’t feel a thing went to work the same day also had an infection at the site which cleared up after a few weeks great job!

What a great group of people! Many thanks to Dr. Bove and his staff for friendly expertise and excellent service. I have been going to this location for twenty years now. Unfortunately Dr. Crabtree who formerly officed here passed. I am so happy that I made the decision to continue to go here and become Dr. Bove’s patient. After an exhaustive search for a dentist on my plan, I had almost given up. But a broken filling prompted me to book an appointment immediately, and I feel fortunate to have landed at Insight Dental with Dr. Bové.
As it turned out, I needed a root canal, and Dr. Bové fit me into the schedule immediately. He put me at ease with a mix of humor and thorough explanation of the process ahead. He and the rest of the staff are courteous and prompt with appointments. They even offer a $ 99 whitening tray special with free refills on the whitening gel. Score!
But the most impressive experience was getting a follow-​up call from Dr. Bové himself to check in on how the tooth was and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I get the sense that he truly cares about his patients.

My experience with Insight Dental Group, specifically with Dr. Bove, was incredible! I’ve honestly never before had a dentist be so gentle in touch or so caring in spirit.
He was quick, obviously knowledgeable, and very kind. He took the time to show me and help me understand everything he discovered, which I so appreciated.
The office staff was also very sweet and so helpful.

Insight Dental Group has made going to dentist office not such a chore for me anymore. The staff are very friendly & informative when explaining the inner workings of my teeth & preventative ways to ensure healthy oral hygiene. I truly am lucky to have been give opportunity to be able to have peace of mind when having my checkups.

I’ve been a patient at Insight Dental Group for the past two years and I’ve always had a positive experience with the dentists there and have nothing but good things to say about my semiannual checkups, xrays and nightguard fitting. I haven’t had to go for any major work but would be confident in their skill and attention to detail.

Love the entire staff my whole family and fiancé and best friend are clients as well! Everyone is so friendly and sweet especially Dr Mary I love her and Bee always gives my teeth a deep cleaning, I highly recommend insight dental !!!

Yikes! Makes me sad to see all these negative reviews since I have had nothing but a great experience every time I have had an appointment at this clinic. My family and I have been coming to this office way before it was insight dental. I’ll say I was skeptical at first when Dr. Crabtree passed away and a new group of dentist was hired on but I was quickly reassured that I was in good hands. Dr. Abdou is very sweet, professional and explains everything in a way that I can understand. The dental hygienist are also very professional and good at what they do and not to sound like a broken record but they are very sweet as well. All in all I would highly recommend this clinic to other friends and family. Keep up the great work Insight Dental!
