I cannot say enough good things about working with Suzanne! Her patience and expertise is amazing. My fiancé and I began generally looking for rings. When we decided to get serious I looked up the 10 best jewelers in Houston and InterContinental Jewelers was on the list. After reading all the positive reviews my Lady and I went there. We both had a general idea of the type of rings we wanted. When we saw their selection, we were pleasantly surprised. They have a unique selection which far exceeded anything we had seen. Amy found the wide band vintage setting she had been hoping for. And I found a setting perfect for me. Once that was decided, Suzanne took us into the room to look at the diamond options for the settings. She was professional, very laid back and patient as we asked to see different sizes and quality of diamonds. She explained the differences of the clarity, color, cut, etc. No pressure. She showed us different sizes and options without trying to sell us on the highest priced ones. She actually explained that if I couldn’t tell the difference with the naked eye, I should go with the less expensive one if was happy with it, which I did. The diamonds come with a certificate of quality and appraisal. The appraisals were at least 30% more than we paid for them. We also bought our wedding bands, making one for the vintage ring as it was curved. No problem.
I picked up my ring a few days later and my ring was a little loose. She had beads put on the ring the same day, taking only a couple hours. Amazing customer service! Services guaranteed. A few days later I went to pick up my Lady’s ring. It was perfect. I decided to buy diamond stud earrings as a surprise to go with her ring. Again, Suzanne took time with me in choosing the right ones for her.
Being new to Texas, I chatted with Suzanne for quite a while. She is quite a lovely lady. We will definitely be back for future diamond purchases. Highly, highly recommend InterContinental Jewelers!

I would highly recommend Inter-​Continental Jewelers! I went into their office knowing absolutely nothing about buying an engagement ring. She worked with me, answering all of my questions along the way, and I ended up with a ring that I am extremely happy with!
She helped me come up with ideas I had not even thought of. I cannot imagine myself designing a ring that I would like more than the one she helped me come up with!

Went to this place because of high reviews on internet. Suzanne is super nice and extremely helpful. She patiently explained to us differences between different rings and gave us useful suggestions. With her help, we made decision on a pair of platinum wedding bands in just half an hour. The rings look great on our hands and are indeed worth the price. In addition, they were ready in just two business days, faster than we expected. Really happy that we chose it.

I came across Intercontinental while searching for the perfect setting for a diamond received 40 years ago. I wanted unique, not the typical styles that you see in every jewelry storefront. The store is tucked away in an office building. Wow, what a great place! There it was, a setting so beautiful which stuck out among many. I tried a variety of styles to just make sure. The saleswoman, Pam was patient, fun and genuinely interested in our «story». We picked up the ring the following week after the setting of the stone and resizing. Suzanne, the owner greeted us making sure everything was to our liking… I love customer service! It looked like a million bucks, but it wasn’t because of the wonderful and more than fair prices. We are in our mid-60’s starting all over and I’m as giddy as ever over my new gorgeous Ring!

I read other reviews online about this company so I made the decision to visit them when it was time for me to get a wedding ring. They have beautiful jewelry at exceptional prices. I did not want to get my ring at one of the typical places in the mall and I new Jared’s and other common retailers were priced higher. For the clarity, color, and carat of the diamond I wanted, I would not have found a better deal elsewhere. Not to mention they have GREAT customer service. They are attentive, patient, and thorough with the entire diamond buying process. I highly recommend this company to anyone searching for diamond jewelry.

My husband and I looked for 2 months for a diamond ring. When we came into Inter-​Continental Jewelers, Suzanne was very professional and showed us the exact range of clarity, size and quality that we were looking for in the price range we wanted. I drew her a picture of the setting and she delivered the most beautiful ring in the time promised. My Husband designed my engagement ring with Suzanne and it turned out GORGEOUS! We had excellent customer service and turn around time with Inter-​continental Jewelers. My husband got the perfect custom engagement and wedding ring for me. Suzanne was patient and worked with us to meet some pretty tight deadlines, all while helping us pick the perfect diamond! I worked with Suzanne to design a custom engagement ring setting. I had already visited ICJ when looking for the center diamond and was impressed with Suzanne’s professionalism, knowledge, and help. So when it came time to design the custom setting, I knew this was the place I would likely end up. I asked around for quotes from various well-​known shops in the Houston area, and ICJ came back with a price that was lower than its competitors. More importantly, they were highly responsive to my multiple emails filled with questions before I had even chosen to move forward with them. They offered better service and coverage for the ring than any other place I found. The actual ring designing/​making process was very easy and straightforward. All my questions were promptly and patiently answered by Suzanne via email and she was a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with the quality and the worksmanship of the finished ring, as was my (now) fiancée! I will definitely return to ICJ for future jewelry purchases! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is in search of quality jewelry from a professional shop at an excellent price!

This was the first and last place we visited before making our selection. We ended up with an incredible, high quality ring with excellent craftsmanship. Inter-​continental made the experience very easy for us and worked hard to give us something we would be very happy with inside of our price range. They took the time to show us everything in the store that we wanted to see. Our ring ultimately was customized for us based on different thing they had that we liked and the craftsmanship was excellent.
Additionally, we got a much better ring than we could have gotten at a bigger store like Shaws and Robbins Brothers with layers of bureaucracy and management. The customization was not a problem at all because Suzanne does sales and works directly with the jewelry makers. She is very knowledgable and has high standards for getting the customization done correctly.
A lot of places in town try to use sophisticated sales tactics to manipulate you into exceeding your budget multiple times over. One other place even used the tactic of pressuring us to drink (that would be Thomas Markle at the location that went out of business or likely was just relocated to memorial city mall). There are lots of untrustworthy people in the jewelry business looking to take advantage of people making a first time purchase. That wasn’t the case here.
We really appreciated how up front, honest and transparent they were here. It made our decision very easy and my fiancé loves the ring.

I went to Suzanne and Sonia to have an engagement ring made for my discriminate girlfriend. I took Suzanne pictures of a ring with which she had fallen in love in NYC– and the ring that Suzanne made for me was more beautiful than the one in the picture. I cannot say enough about the workmanship, courtesy, and professionalism of Suzanne and Sonia. I picked up the ring and I KNEW that there was not a single thing that my girlfriend would change. Sure enough, my now-​fiancé LOVES the ring and I’m so proud that I got it exactly right (with Suzanne and Sonia to help of course).
And the cost? 40% of the price of the ring in NYC.

I’m recently divorced and was not interested in turning my engagement/​wedding rings into anything else, plus who couldn’t use a little extra cash. I live in the woodlands and decided to spend a day seeing various jewelers in Houston to either consign or simply outright sell my set. The few places I went before seeing Suzanne at Intercontinental gave me bids I wasn’t willing to accept (saying that was the best I could get).
When I went to see Suzanne, I was greeted warmly by the assistant/​sales person who took my rings back to Suzanne to check out. Less than 5 mins later, she gave me my best offer yet!
Ended up taking it to see if I could do any better at two more places. In my gut, I knew I couldn’t but I usually get myself into trouble when I don’t have a lot of back up for my decisions.
Was very pleased to take Suzanne up on her offer! She and her staff were professional, polite, and quick! Looked to have some wonderful pieces, sets, etc to sell as well.
