Interstate Reprographics & Printing

I came here because I need some huge ass blueprint copies in color and I was looking for somewhere close. A quick search gave me IRP so I drove my ass over here.
When I walked in, there was nobody and it looked more like an office vs. a print shop. After waiting a couple of minutes, I decided to go toward the back where all the actions were. That’s when somebody finally helped me. I told him what I needed and he said that he could do it, but it would have to wait until he’s done with another big printing job that he’d just received. Since I didn’t expect my print job to finish until a couple of days later, I told him that I’d just be back the following day to pick the prints up.
The following day, that same guy gave me a call and told me that my copies were ready for pick up. Very prompt and he actually followed through on calling me when a lot of people would say that they’d call but ended up emailing instead.
I went back around lunch time to pick up my print copies, but the guy (whom I now assumed was the owner) wasn’t around. Only a couple of ladies who were helping him were around. However, they couldn’t take payments since they didn’t know how to work the machine. One of them called the owner and he said that I could take the prints and call in later with a credit card number, or if I was comfortable enough, I could just leave my credit card number there and he’d run it when he came back. I was kind of impressed with the level of trust that he displayed, not worrying that I’d just leave and not call back to pay so I decided to leave my information.
When he had run the charges, he called me to inform me and also e-​mailed me a copy of the credit card receipt. Pretty awesome.
If I need a quick print service, I will not hesitate to come back to IRP in the future. Excellent service all around.

Great prices and fast service. They do very good work and the turnaround is great. I will be using them for all of my business’ printing needs in the future. Also the staff was quite friendly.
