It’s Jack in the Box. Service had always been OK. I have only done the drive through. Nothing special. Exactly what I expect from fast food drive through. My orders have never been wrong or taken too long. My only food complaint is when you get old cold tacos. They should never be made in advance and then just left there.

Terrible terrible terrible! The location is filthy and not sanitary for eating at all! The employees were so impolite asking me for a job at the company I worked for… What?! While on the job. Then once I ordered they delivered the food slowly and they didn’t give us half our order but charged me for all of it. I didn’t find this out till I got home! I hate places like this and I hope they get their act together, or I will never be returning. It’s not that hard to do your only job.

Always come here cuz it’s close to my house. Usually go through the drive through. But today went in cuz I was only getting egg rolls and the line was long. Walking in to notice the guy frying the food has no gloves on!!! Guess he realized I was looking cuz he quickly put some on. But that was after he put food with his hands in the fryer!!! Couldn’t see his name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag!!!

No reviews? Well let me be the first one. I am driving in from Austin for a weekend wedding. We are starving and just need some late night food to hold us over as we haven’t ate dinner. I order a #25 which says $ 4.69. I get charged over $ 7. When asked what bumped the cost up, I never get a clear answer except a can of attitude and shit. Jesus. At one point, she even said. «Well, the taxes add up sir.» I want to say I expect more but naysayers may tell me it’s a fast food joint. Regardless, you have to know your product and be able to relay the information back to customers in a reasonable tone and acceptable manner. This experience was crap. I hate fast food already except JITB and this experience finally axed out the entire fast food category for me. I don’t care how good your natural cut fries are. I’m done. I’m reminded why fast food and their quality of employees are all unworthy of business.
