Terrible customer service. Won’t be coming back again. Lady at drive thru window was very rude and also refused to give extra sauce even though I was willing to pay extra. She said «she couldn’t give me more because she didn’t have enough»

Always good quality food. Sometimes takes a while in line, but the food is always on point. This is the only Jack in the Box in Houston to always get my order right.

Every night from 3 to 530 in the morning there system is down is what I’m told… I go every night to check at the same time…
