Jack in the Box

Would give no star if I could. Employee’s attitude was so bad, I didn’t even want to repeat my order after she asked but didn’t listen. Do everyone a favor and close this place down, or get some half-​decent employees!

I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 star simply because of an employee they hired named Robert. He is the friendliest person I have ever met. Make him district manager now. He is something you wouldn’t expect at a fast food restaurant.

I was sitting at the window for a burger and a bacon and cheddar potato wedge for over 10 minuets and the lady at the window never even looked at me or said thank you or your welcome. People coming out of prison have better manors than some of the staff at Jack in the Box. Normally I’m not as blunt but this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Yes I know this is fast food and yes I know this is Jack in the Box but WOW. I can’t believe that these guys actually beat McD’s on the worst service ever.
This location is just horrid. I never dine in I always order in the drive thru. The costumer service here is worse than bad. These people here are not only rude but they can NEVER seem to get the order right.
You can repeat your order until you’re blue in the face it don’t matter there is no hope here. You will wait an insane amount of time. They will be rude to you and your order will NOT be made right.
I have had to return back a number of times because they don’t give me everything I order.
So please be prepared to be disappointed and unless you have time to wait you’re better off driving to another location.

So, when these douchebags are out of bacon, they substitute ham, and don’t bother telling you. This used to be a go to place for late night food… Never again.

I asked for well done ham on my breakfast sandwich & of course they barely heated it! Also the lady at the window didnt say hi to me nor tell me my total she just took my card –_​_​–

Awful customer service. They over charge when they think that they can get away with it. They take well too long. This has to be the worst Jack in the city.

Drive thru attendant wasn’t very polite. She asked me a question and when I asked her to repeat it she just said «never mind, drive around». Really?
