I used to like this place but now since they changed the staff it sucks, there is only 2 recommendations I have, they is this lady that is stuck up and rude I hate her, and the second thing is you get better service when mariana is there, shes awesome use to work with her when I worked in the jack in the box on OST

This Jack in the Box has the WORST customer service at night! The lady is so rude and you can tell that she’s lazy and hates her job.

Omg! 10:18 we order a shake, smoothie and two tacos. Not only was the lady rude and had to ask for our order again once we got to the window, but we didn’t get our stuff until 10:34!!! Really!!!
