I found this jewelry store many years ago and have been going there to replace my watches’ batteries. Their charge is very reasonable and the place is convenient for those work downtown. Today I went back because my husband lost his watch rubber strap holder. The guy said if he could find it in his inventory, I could have it for free. Sure enough… he found one that matched the strap. I really appreciate this and I won’t mind to pay for the holder since it is not easy to get strap holder and those online is not cheap either with the shipping fee etc. I ended up having him replaced the battery since it was dead and walked out very happy from that store. I really recommend this place if you have jewelry problem or need watch battery replacement. You can trust this person.

Love this place. The guy that runs the shop is super ethical and knowledgeable in what he does. My watch was missing a screw… he didn’t have it but suggested contacting the manufacturer and obtaining the part. He told me the exact name to ask for. He then offered to put it in for me free of cost when it came in.
Convenient location in the tunnels. Great quick service if you’re stopping during your lunch break. Since then, I’ve been back to replace some batteries. He got my watch ticking again for $ 10.
Would trust him in a heartbeat!!!

Always passed by this place on my walks through the tunnels. After a commentI received from a friend of the opposite sex that my Timex Ironman plastic sports watch was probably not winning me points in the professional department (he probably also meant in the sexy department), I finally caved and took my nice dressier watches to get new batteries put in.
Jerome is friendly and prompt, puts in fresh watch batteries while you wait, and it costs $ 10 flat for most batteries. Convenient and good service. They even clean your jewelry for free.
