The African American lady was very friendly and approachable not snooty unlike some other stores. I came in to ask for a classic red close toe pump and she patiently apologized that they didn’t have it. Really sweet

This is not a review of the Jimmy Choo brand — this is a review of the Houston store. Like the Giorgio Armani store in the Galleria, one of the best stores for customer service in which I have ever had the pleasure of shopping(including NYC, London, Paris, etc). The staff there are excellent and always remember your name. They will order any shoe that you like for you to try on — at no charge. If you have specific shoes of theirs that you like and wear a lot, they will have them sent directly to your home. But to be honest — that is what I expected. No, what made me a big fan of the store was the day I walked in and made a random comment that I wanted purple shoes. And they did not have any — even in the catalogue that had been sent out. So I was not expecting for the store to have any — or be able to get any — it was just a throw away comment. But the staff pulled out their big book of shoes(whatever this is called) and went through every single page and found two different pair that they could get in purple. They then ordered the shoes for me to try on(at no charge). Needless to say, when I want shoes, this store is now my first stop. Always.
