The worst customer service in the world! The owner is so rude and useless. Didn’t even have the opportunity to order my food… that’s how bad it was!

Haven’t had JJs in a while so I figured I would visit. Waited forever for this gentleman to order the whole store it felt like just to be told there was no more French bread only wheat. Had to drive to westheimer instead. Frustrating when you’re hungry and hungover lol

IM A FAN! I ordered a sandwich for the very first time from this Jimmy Johns… FIVE MINUTES and my sandwich was already at my desk!
The only bummer is that they do not have soups, but I guess it’s understandable.
I did order online, but I called to ask about soups and they were very very friendly! The delivery guy was also very sweet. He laughed at my reaction because he arrived so fast. Pretty awesome!
I’ll definitely be ordering from jimmy johns more often while at work!

The plaza strip can be a little worn down and hard to park at. Besides location the store employees definitely make up for the sometimes difficult parking lot. The staff is friendly and eager to take your order. I always order the #9 Italian Night Club on their delicious homemade 9– grain wheat bread with extra peppers! It’s absolutely delicious! Even when I have them deliver to my house, the drivers are always conscience of time and are pretty freaky fast. The staff is managed by a great general manager, who is respectful and understanding for any problems. He always has a solution and is very cordial. Definitely impressed with this store! Have to check it out next time your in the area :)

This is a great place to have lunch or dinner in this area!!! Jimmy johns is clean and consistent! The employees are very nice and friendly! They need a place like this in this neighborhood. I work down the street and the only corporate restaurants are either old or nasty to even eat in. This is truly an oasis in the area. The food is great. I usually get the tuna sandwich and it’s always been fresh! They even deliver! I highly recommend!
