Easy to just pass by — but do stop in. Great selection of liquor and wine. Surprisingly good prices. Vin, the owner, will go out of his way to be of service or make a recommendation.

At first glance, the store looks like an old convenience store that closed down years ago. The parking lot is small and you the sign is barely recognizable. It’s as if the person who owns this wants his store to stay hidden because frankly he doesn’t even do the small/easy things to be seen more(i.e. signage, lights.) I’ve passed this place so many times and only found out yesterday it was an actual liquor store from the Unilocal app. Once you go in, you’ll find that the owner was very friendly! In fact, I don’t know if I’ve met a small store owner who was so amicable. Always smiling and always cheerful… The prices are just a little higher than stores places like Specs but the convenient location makes it worth it.

First, the guy’s real nice. He would honestly ask about my studies. He stocked up on some scotch that he knew I liked. Second, they’ve got a pretty good selection of small bottles. Stuff I’ve never seen anywhere else in the pint and half-pint size. But Spec’s is cheaper and pretty close. However, you can find a good deal here from time to time.

This isn’t where to go if you need something very specific or if you desire a wide selection, but it gets the job done. The guy who runs this is very friendly. It’s a neighborhood liquor store, not Midtown specs, and for that there is decent variety. He does take credit cards. I live about 4 blocks away and I will be back; I don’t know that I would recommend anyone going out of their way to go here. They do have some stuff like margarita mix and stuff like that, and there is a variety of cheap to pricier liquors. I wouldn’t come here to buy beer though! Also note, there are only about 3 parking spots here.
