This place is the WORST jewelry store I’ve ever been to. I picked out my husband’s wedding band, which was a nice ring. Then I took it back to get it resized. THEY GAVE ME BACK THE WRONG RING. And they had the audacity to tell us it was the same one. We took it back again, with my parents who the owners are apparently friends with, and after an entire MONTH, they gave us the wrong ring again. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Extremely unfriendly. Strictly appointment only. I was not even let into the store. I have a 22k pair of earrings and lost one and only wanted to ask if they had something similar but was forbidden from setting foot into the store.
