The nicest store around. The people are friendly and the store is always clean. Congrats to the management and staff. BUT, please reinstate Smile School

This Krorgers location is my go to grocery shopping store. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is kept clean and well stocked. Food nearing the end of its shelf life is discounted and pulled. A big plus for a cheapy like me. The kroger card is a must have to $ 0.03 on fuel and gain fuel points to save even more on fuel.

Husband and I love coming here for our prescription needs. Pharmacist Sarah is always very helpful and always has a smile on her face.

This is my Kroger! They are close to my house and not as busy as the signature one down the street. They send me coupons in the mail at least once a month and they are all friendly. That deserves a four star rating for sure, but yesterday I found myself needing to fill a prescription for my dogs anxiety meds at 6:30 pm on a Saturday. The chain pharmacies CVS/Walgreen were closed! So I headed to Kroger. The pharmacist at Kroger was a life saver! She called my vet to verify some info and had my script filled and my dog dosed before the storm hit hard! I appreciate her customer service and genuine concern for my dogs well being. So 5 stars it is!

This is a smaller Kroger but they carry everything you need. It’s never too crowded and have plenty of registers opened, four being self-check out. They also have a gas station at this location.

The pharmacy is excellent in every sense of the word. The store is easy to navigate. Staff is helpful and there is a real sense of pride in the store. I would only deduct point for some of the meat department staff. They are a few people who have a less than helpful attitude. There have been times I find expired dating on meat product’s.

I shop here often for my job and my home. I’m satisfied with the customer service and amazingly delicious produce. I’ve called and bragged on a couple of employees before because they handled customers so well. Excellent gas prices! I would give 5 stars but have bought expired food before and didn’t realize it until it was opened. Also, when I ask where something is, it’s hit or miss — you either get right to it, have a game of hide and seek all over the store, or they don’t have it. After having shopped there so much, I know where everything is, and have gotten up to $.80 off a gallon on gas. Love this place!

This is my «run in» and gas store. I like this location because it’s a smaller Signature store, which means I can get in and out pretty quickly. The store is always neat and clean, the associates are always helpful, and there are always enough cash registers open, which means there’s a very short waiting period. The gas station is at this location, and their prices(with the Kroger card) are always cheaper than the other gas stations nearby. Overall, this is a great location with super fast service and cheap gas! If you’re in the neighborhood, please stop by!

Witnessed a whole new perspective on why not to ever come to this location. Stopped in to krogers Otw home from randalls to pick up some things from their current ad. Stood in line in the express check out, gentlemen in front of me was getting done. Cashier hands him receipt he picks up his bag didn’t even make it down 2 lanes and the cashier pushes a button, tears that piece of paper out reads it, next cashier a lane over asked **he got them?** she replies **no uh uh** Starts scanning my items. Tells me total, I pay. While I was grabbing my bags she did the same routine, pushes a button paper comes out, tears it, reads it. and say under her breath … nuh uh . I called corporate, reported what I went through, I told them I know she’s checking for fuel points so she can use it. It’s been all over the news about how customers find out their fuel points have been used and it wasn’t the owner who use it. It’s not hard to type in someone’s phone number. This incident will steer me away from krogers not unless I absolutely have to go there.. If ever. I hope people see this and read this. If you are shoooing here for fuel pointsx be very aware about this. I have my receipt and I remember her name, this is just scandalous.

This store has always been my favorite place to shop for groceries. The store is easy to maneuver and find things. The management staff is always very helpful and professional. I’ve gone to them on both complaints and praises about the staff. They always listen to me. The best part of this particular store is the pharmacy. They used to have a great pharmacist(Oli) who was the most helpful pharmacy person I’ve ever met. But she got moved to another store too far away. But the remaining staff are still pretty good having had Oli set a good example for them on customer service. This store just has the feel of a good neighborhood store.

I love this Kroger and know the store like the back of my hand. They carry nothing but fresh fruits and vegetables. One of the few places I have found with huge Asian pears which I am absolutely in love with. I just tried the fried chicken from the deli this weekend and it was DELISH. I also just noticed that they carry pre-packaged healthy fit meals between the deli and cheese. I normally shop at MyFitFoods but this week I’m trying this other brand exclusively offered in Kroger. I’m impressed. Oh and Saturday they had a lady in there with a wine display… very nice samples. I truly believe I save the most money when I shop here. I tend to find a lot of what I want on sale, 10 for 10 or managers special. Also loving their complimentary wine bags.

I love shopping at this Kroger. This is my grocery store mainly. My pros are: the sales, sushi, friendly service, able to use Kroger card, and a very quiet store. My cons are: gas station and times my food is not on sale. I rate this grocery store 5⁄5.

This grocery store is convenient why because its near my workplace. Its not fancier like other grocery stores but it is easy when I need to run to grab snacks, something for lunch, or something for the office. I guess I come here often because one of the cashier knows my name. Hahah… customer service is very friendly here.

My favorite medium size/basic Kroger. Nothing really stands out from it and other krogers, price wise. The employees seem to be always be nice and pleasant. I guess when you work at a smaller store of the chain there is less stress or things to do.

This is a smaller Kroger, however, because of that, the staff seems to know the customers pretty well. Almost every time I’m there, one of them is saying hi to some little old lady, which I think is nice. The selection of food is «ok.» I generally find what I’m looking for, and on the very far right, they have a few more organic and healthy choice items. Mostly, I’m just glad they have a pharmacy. I was able to transfer my prescriptions when I moved nearby. The staff in the pharmacy is really nice and always takes care of my problems. Bonus, they have a drive-thru!

Great selection of wine– 2 rows! Decent selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Has 4 self-checkout lanes which is great if you want to be quick or just bag your own stuff.

This is by far my favorite Kroger in all of Houston… why is this my favorite Kroger? It’ is across the street from my office. I save so much everyday in being able to walk across the street to grab breakfast, lunch, or whatever I may need… granted, this is a benefit that is specific pretty much only to me and whoever else works in my building… but nonetheless, it is a perk that I thoroughly enjoy. You can definitely count on me being a regular as long as my office is across the street. Otherwise, it is your typical Kroger supermarket… it’s not one of the fancier ones and it doesn’t have a Starbucks like the ones near my house… but it does the job well in that it has your basic grocery needs.

No organic meat or eggs. Limited selection of produce. On the plus side they have a decent selection of beer.

It’s a nice new Kroger… but their lack of Manager specials tells me that I won’t bother going to this one with 2 others almost the same distance away!
