With nearly 40 years of experience, Kurt has a reputation for understanding the complexities of the legal process and for getting the best result possible, as soon as possible, for every client.

Kurt has three board certifications, which demonstrates his extensive knowledge and skill in the practice of law. He is board certified in personal injury trial law and civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also board certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Board certification requires years of experience, passing a rigorous examination, and recommendations from judges and other lawyers.
