…what company can’t pick up a phone call. i had a few questions to ask about this place, but every phone call just rings and goes to voicemail.

Great experience every time for repairs and for laptop purchases. It is the ONLY place I go for computers!

They tried valiantly to save my data but when they were unable to do that they gave me options that were very competitively priced. I like supporting local businesses and this one is very good.

Techs from Laptop Assets know what they are doing. I brought my laptop for virus problems. They fixed the problem like in two hours. Great work! But expensive.

I have been going to this place for three years, and I have always had great service. They can fix and sell you items for your computer for a good price.

Fast Fast Fast! When my Mac hard drive died I needed it replaced immediately. I found these guys and gave them a call. Rather than try to sell me something, they suggested that I select a drive at Microcenter and bring it in with my Mac. They were upfront about the pricing and said it would be ready in ONE HOUR. It was ready on time and worked perfectly. And the price was exactly what they said it would be. Looking at some other reviews, not sure how people can expect a flat rate quoted over the phone when the problem has not been diagnosed. Be fair in your reviews people!

I took a chance and ignored some bad reviews that were made about this place. You could say I took a big risk and went «Maverick» by coming here.
End result: I got a really good deal on a used HP laptop. It’s fast, runs smooth and the best thing about it is: no Windows 8. Woo-​hoo!!!
We dickered back and forth with the price a little. Some people hate this but I actually like negotiating prices for things. Prices are aren’t always set in stone and it’s perfectly fine to ask a company for a better deal.
Oh course they said one price and then it changed. $ 90 went to $ 129 but we settled for $ 100 even + tax.
Not a bad price to pay for a decent working computer. I’ve been using it for three days and I really like it. No problems at all.
I was probably in there for less than 20 minutes and came out with exactly what I wanted at a price that was lower than I had expected to pay.

Don’t bother bringing your computer here. It’s a scam. They tell you one price over the phone then another when u get here. I can only speak for my experience explained below
Brought a 15″ macbook in, told it’s was like $ 70 to fix, then blah blah blah, it’s not that but this, so it was like $ 90.00 then upped it $ 150.00 then finally 200.00 exactly 29 days later.
They had to diagnosis it, take it apart, blamed it on memory then video then hard drive, gave me the excuse after excuse.
When I went to pick it up, my screen was working there @ the business but I had no freaking hard drive. I asked where is it, they said it was bad, offered to put it back in, but not mines, it was a bad hard drive from someone else’s computer! Can u believe that? They took my hard drive and more than likely used it for another customers computer and blamed it on the hard drive. Fine, I’ll take a working computer, ebayed an toshiba had for $ 50.00, no biggie. Once installed the lines on the screen came back, first time I booted it on.
I was a computer technician a couple years back but familiar with windows laptop, sure apple is similar but has lilttle difference. Deceitful business practice, they cheated me, if you bring in your computer don’t let them do the same to you. I’m out a macbook and $ 216.00 to laptop asset and 55.00 for an hard drive. Take it from my experience, go elsewhere for computer service, as to buying anything used from there, it might work properly cause they prolly yanked it from working machines.

Very good and cheap laptops.
Be prepared to be told a different price than what is advertised and to play «games» but that makes the deal even sweeter unless you’re driving from across town.
