Still the best place ever ! The customer service has been great and my lashes always look great

Went back to see Tracy and I’m very pleased with my lashes. I don’t want to rate them bad for their lash skills. Appointment errors happen, I suppose. I got a foot massage while they did my lashes and it was great! Put me to sleep. Worth it.

All right. I guess there’s no use in keeping it a secret anymore: I am completely and utterly hooked on lash extensions. If you don’t want the same thing to happen to you, I’m warning you now: close this review, hug your favorite mascara close, and don’t look back. Because once you see how full and beautiful these babies look (not to mention how much time they shave off of your daily make-​up routine!), natural lashes just won’t cut it anymore.
Wanting a set of full, natural-​looking, no-​fuss lashes for my wedding day, I decided to try out Lash Studio and get lash extensions for the first time ever. As Tiffany W. pointed out, it wouldn’t hurt to inquire about new client specials or check for Groupon deals. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was easy — I’ve read before that there have been issues with them only accepting a printed Groupon voucher, but you don’t have to worry about that if you give them your Groupon voucher number over the phone like I did.
If it’s your first time, the technician will show you all the different types (synthetic, synthetic mink, real mink) and lengths of lashes that they have. I decided to go with 10 mm Synthetic Mink lashes: 10−11mm adds nice length and volume without looking unnatural, plus synthetic mink is cheaper than real mink, but still just as light and feathery. After that, just lay back and let the technician get to work. The procedure can last up to an hour, but it’s actually a very relaxing experience. Lots of people end up falling asleep — the snoring gets annoying, but it says a lot about how gentle and soothing this can be. My technician, Kim, was nice, soft-​spoken, and gentle, but she neglected to tell me to wipe off my eye make-​up before she got started — which would have been nice since you can’t get your lashes wet for 24hrs. Thanks a bunch, Kim. [insert annoyed side-​eye] So anyway, disclaimer: COME BARE-​FACED AND ALREADY SHOWERED. After the procedure is over, the technician will have you open your eyes and make any last minute quick fixes, then send you off on your merry way. I didn’t get any heat from reception to sign up for packages, which I really appreciated. I’ll be back. Ain’t gotta tell me twice.
As for my lash life, it’s been exactly 4 weeks and, while I still have a few lashes hanging on for dear life, I know I’m probably due for a refill. Mind you, my lashes went through a lot within their first few days –shower within 24hrs of application, heavy make-​up duty, heavier make-​up removing duty, and tons of happy wedding tears– so they definitely held up well. And like I said before, now that I’ve seen how beautiful eyelash extensions are and how much EASIER they make my life (no time for eye make-​up? No problem-​o.), I don’t think I can ever go back to regular ol’ natural lashes. Eyelash extensions, I guess you’ve replaced hot stone massages as my monthly luxury item!

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. I originally wanted to try the mink because I wanted a more natural look. Tina convinced me to try the 3d lashes and they turned out great — light, feathery and easy to maintain. I’ve had them now for three weeks and will be going back for a refill. I don’t even need to wear eye makeup now since they make my eyes look so great.

Awesome!!! TRIN is the Best. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to work on me. I dealt with few others. She’s KING AND QUEEN… she does them so FULL and takes her time. My eyes are never irritated nor do they fall out easily. Nor do they pull my lashes out. Hands down, Trin is amazing!!!

Before I moved to New Braunfels I went to Tracy religiously for over 2 years. I loved the quality of work that she did. I would highly recommend her.

Great customer service and the environment is soothing from the time you walk in and leave.

I’ve had my lashes done here multiple times in the past two years. You can’t beat the price! Most recently I’ve gotten mink lashes, which feel and look so natural! Lucy is very gentle. The other lash techs who I’ve seen have also been very nice. I do find the glue irritates my eyes (its happened at other studios as well) when I get a full set bit the redness goes away after a day. The studio is typically pretty quiet, which is nice.

Found this place through Groupon. Had zero problems getting an appointment a week ahead of time and their location is easy to find. Amy was my stylist and she was awesome! I originally wanted 14’s bc I just knew I wanted bug lashes, but she consulted with me that the 12 or 13 would be best for the length of my natural lashes so I went with the 13’s and they were perfect! I will be coming back for sure :)

I love my lashes!!! Have been with Tracy since she’s started her business @ the old location. I will follow her wherever she goes. You can’t go wrong with her!!!

I’ve been going for three months now. Best natural look. Lashes are not to thick, has the right amount on. All I can say is my lashes look very natural with mine.

I got a Groupon for $ 70, called on Sunday and got an appointment for the next day at 3pm. Got there at 2:40pm and was told that I was not scheduled but the lady on the front desk got me in as scheduled. She was very friendly and helpful, I think her name was Ingrid. My eyelash tech was Tina, she made me feel very comfortable and took a lot of time on my eyelashes. I paid an extra $ 20 for mink lashes. During my session, my left eye was feeling irritated but it wasn’t so bad. After the session, my eye was so red but it wasn’t bothering me until the next day. Right now my left eye feels so painful to a point where it’s giving me a headache. My right eye feels and looks okay though. I’m not sure what it is but I didn’t experience this the 1^st time I had my lashes done. I’m going to the ophthalmologist tomorrow to see what’s up…
Update: Tracy called me last night to check up on my eye. She recommended to take some Benadryl but it didn’t help so I went ahead & saw the ophthalmologist this morning. The doctor confirmed that I have a corneal abrasion. I have to put antibiotic eye drops on my eye for 5 days. I spent $ 55 all in all for the doctor’s visit and eye drops. I hope Lash Studio can do something about this.

I got my lashes done specifically for my two week trip to Thailand so I wouldn’t have to worry about wearing so much makeup. They held up quite well with my gentle and proper maintenance. I went snorkeling and I was in the hot sun a lot. They even looked great after wearing a sleeping mask on the very long airplane ride.
I was very nervous when I first got there because the lady doing my lashes didn’t speak English very well so I had a hard time understanding the different sizes and lengths. However, she was very sweet and did a great job and was very gentle when applying the lashes. I even fell asleep! Overall I was happy with the look for the price I paid of just $ 99 for synthetic mink. I went with this lash studio because of their flexible schedule mainly. They are open on Sundays which is rare.

I got my lashes done on a Saturday and they were not done correctly (very thin and not full looking) so I called on Sunday to do a touch up and was given an apt for Monday. Well later on that day when I realized I worked Monday I tried to call back to reschedule but only got their voicemail so I decided to call early Monday morning. Well
That Monday morning I called before they opened and decided to leave a voicemail saying that I couldn’t come because of wrk. Well when I called later on that same day. during normal business hours, they said I couldn’t do a touch up anymore since I didn’t come to my original touch up apt that day (Monday) wtf?! I told them I left a voicemail and I had no idea about their policy/etc…and to top it all off I ended up having a allergic reaction I’m guessing from the glue so my eyes are all FUCKED UP! I wanted to show the owner Tracy my lashes and see if she could fix them and they told me she only does refills and full sets and if I seen her they would have to charge me WTF! Keep in mind it’s not even been 4 days… and I paid 99 for this mess on my eyes. I am so piss its ridiculous right now. I’m so over this place and would not recommend it to ANYONE!!!

Minh has the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. He made he show him my bank statement from my last visit two weeks ago because he did not believe I had been here. When he finally found my last visit in the system (he was looking up the wrong phone number), he still acted like I was lying. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude.

I’ve gotten my eyelashes refilled 3x already, and this last time I held out til 4 weeks. These things are no joke. My lash extensions were still holding on for dear life. Since then, I’ve changed lash girls to Amy who gives me the longer lashes I want… My coworker actually asked me if I was wearing falsies (Mission Accomplished) !!
Anyways, their packaged deal is worth paying for. Instead of $ 55 at 4 weeks, you get to pay $ 46. I always tip 20% of the total. You’re definitely saving money with the package and it’s definitely worth paying for.

Easy to make reservations. Ana was the lady who did my lashes yesterday. Her English is not the best, and didn’t communicate much at all. During the process, she hurts my eyes couple times. After she was done, she was very impatient and rushed me out. Didn’t explain well how to take care my new lashes. And when I asked for mirror to check my lashes out, and found out there were some lashes not in place, she asked me to lay down afmgain, but adjusted the lashes on the wrong eye. Basically not very professional and no patience. I would go back if they run promotion again, but not with Ana.

I’m sorry I wasn’t absolutely impressed this go around hopefully when I see you again you will do them the way you did the first time which were perfect.
