Established in 2003.

The Law Office of Veronica Tunitsky has been successfully representing a culturally diverse and varied group of clients seeking immigrant and non-​immigrant benefits since its formation in 2003.

For the past five years, Ms. Tunitsky’s practice has focused on I-​601 Waivers, and most recently I-​601A Provisional Waivers, successfully helping families for many of whom the I-​601 Extreme Hardship Waiver is the step of last resort.

Ms. Tunitsky was always destined to serve the immigration community, and it began twenty-​five years ago when she and her family set out on the arduous journey from religious and ethnic persecution they suffered in the former Soviet Union to the safe haven and freedom of the United States.

Ms. Tunitsky received her legal education and J.D. at the University of Houston Law Center, but her passion to serving the immigration community was honed when she participated in the renowned University of Houston Immigration Clinic, an experience that served as not only an invaluable scholastic and practical opportunity, but also gave meaning to the immortal words etched on the façade of Lady Liberty: «Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free …» These immortal words remain the foundation of her work and the spirit of her immigration practice.
