Finding a place to call home is one of life’s most important decisions and Mary Nguyen is a trusted ally who can walk you through the whole process. Within minutes of mentioning that we were relocating back to Houston from Charleston, I had listings and correspondence in my email. She is very knowledgable of the area and knew the market price of the neighborhoods we were interested in. Mary gave us valuable advice when choosing our home and even money saving tips. She was always in contact with our builder and coordinated meetings and inspections to ensure the process was done correctly. She answered all our questions and even asked the builder things we didn’t even think of asking. Mary made sure we had all our bases covered. When it came time to close, she thoroughly went over the closing documents to make sure our lender didn’t leave anything out. And sure enough, she found out they did! Not only did we not have any closing fees, but we got all our earnest money back! And when our builder was being difficult, she stood up for us and voiced our concerns accordingly. Mary Nguyen is a great real estate agent, confidant, and good business person. She guided us every step of the way. Thank you Mary. We love our new home.

If you are looking to buy or sell property, Mary Nguyen at Living Quarters is the real estate agent you need to get the job done! She is extremely hard working, very knowledgeable and professional. Mary is very personable and quite humorous at times. So you will always feels comfortable with her and won’t feel as if you are getting the run around. I don’t think I have ever met anyone more dedicated to their job as she is.

As this was not my first real estate agent or second, I know a gem when I find one. I have used Mary on one of my home sells and never looked back since, its been many years now. For any real estate engagement, you can expect Mary to be professional throughout the whole process. She went far and beyond what any Jane Agent would do, and therefore was able to take a lot of the stress off the transaction. She would inform me of information I needed to know and kept the small stuff out of my hair so I can worry about the other things in life. On top of getting the deal closed quickly and above my expectations, she’s a tough negotiator who knows how to play ball for you. Don’t be sad to leave her after the transaction because she will always be there to help you afterwards if you need… perhaps get contacts for utilities or references for remodeling jobs, she won’t rest until you are happy. I highly recommend her as an agent!

I never thought that buying my FIRST home would happen as SOON as it did. If it wasn’t for Mary Nguyen’s professionalism and keen sense of real estate, I probably wouldn’t be the happy first time home owner I am today. I was impressed from day one and I would say up until closing, but Mary Nguyen goes beyond the call of duty and continues to keep me in the loop with everything I need to know (taxes, home security, insurance, etc.) even after closing.
I cannot begin to describe how much her guidance kept me (and my partner) sane! She was amazingly patient throughout the entire process; communicating every bit of detail I needed to make sure I was making the best decision. Mary Nguyen always had my best interest in mind when it’s difficult to find that genuine integrity in Houston’s hot housing market. I’m truly grateful that I found her as a realtor, and I would recommend her to anyone. I ended up paying below listing price which allowed for some additional fun home renovation projects.

Let me start off by saying how amazing Mary is! She helped us with our first home and the crazy thing is we were even able to take a vacation overseas during this time! How awesome is that? Anyone can be a realtor but a realtor that is reliable and trust worthy is hard to come by! Thank you Living Quarters for being so great to work with we appreciate all that you have done for us.
