DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR CAR FIX!!! They SCAM!!!
I always get my car checkup regularly every year. I found this auto shop nearby my house and decided to give a try, and they told me these on my 1^st visit:
1) tires are not even that I need a new set of tires, I was informed that they got me the best set of tires that costed $ 600 — I paid for this. 3 months later to found out from NTB and Discount Tires that those tires are one of the cheapest.
2) alignment — paid for this, but they did NOT do it.
3) needs to change brake fluid — I declined this — went to NTB the guy said brake fluid is good.
4) needs to change engine oil — I declined this too — same as above, my engine oil is fine according to NTB guy.
I brought my car in again for balance and rotation which I’m sure they did NOT do. how? Because I marked each of my tires.
Again, DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I moved to Houston from Louisiana had to take my car here a few times (2000 Hyundai Sonata) Billy and his crew are awesome! They get the job done and have reasonable prices. Billy is such a great guy! The only mechanic shop I use!

Went to Logan auto to get my strut and engine valve gasket replaced and came back home with engine check light on and the engine jerk like it has never happen before. I couldn’t prove if they did anything wrong to my car since I wasn’t allow to the area where mechanic is working but they were the last people who opened up the engine, you be the judge of that. I ended up spend more money to fix the spark plug which I already had that serviced 1 year ago, and had to pay $ 40 for check engine light code reading when Autozone does it for free.
Overall, their labor cost is about average, but they kill their customers by jacking up the parts cost by more than double. Don’t be deceived by their claim about the parts are OEM, it’s the best, or their 10% discount blah blah bla. Ask for the model and parts number! I bet you can get the exact same parts at nearby autozone or walmart for half the price.
They charged me KYB front pair strut and mount for total of $ 370 and other places are selling the exact same parts for less than $ 200 total.
Also charged me Denso spark plugs for $ 52 total, and walmart sells them for $ 25.

Got the job done! But will not ever come back to that shop for any type of work at all. My experience I will not get into details about but it involved a lot of fast talking and extra hidden fees. Cool guy could be a good friend I guess but not going to be my mechanic that’s for sure. Thanks though for fixing my vehicle. Add on I drove off and a bolt fell out from under the steering smh still ain’t going back that mechanic shop.

Wife’s car broke down, so we called Logan’s for a tow. He was recommended to us. While waiting for the tow my brother in law figured out the issue. It was a relay that had gone bad. Since I had already called the tow I figured I would let them fix it. Tow was quoted $ 50.00. We drop it off at his place and the then says tow is now $ 75 with no explanation. He says it will cost $ 125 to diagnose the issue and if we get it fixed then that will come off the cost of the repair. I told him we are pretty sure it is the power supply reply under the dash and to please check this first. We dropped car off Friday night. He had car all day on Saturday and said he had no time to look at it. Monday he calls and says its a relay under the dash.
I was thinking perfect, part cost $ 15 at auto-​zone plus 10 minutes or less to replace. either way the repair should have cost under $ 125 so I figured $ 75 for tow plus the $ 125 minimum for the diagnoses. Monday night when we go to pick up the car he says it cost $ 550. He charged us for 5 hrs of labor at $ 90 p/​hr $ 450 + $ 75 for tow + $ 25 for part. When I asked him what he did to the car he had no answer. He then said it was diagnoses. b/​s. Either way we got into an argument and I got it down to $ 450.
I am knowledgeable about car in general but especially my vehicles. I told him what the issue was and he took advantage of us. He couldn’t even tell me what they did on the car for 5 hrs.

Car was a VW Jetta 08 2.5. What happened was he allowed his mechanic to bill the job for 5 hrs of labor because it was a German car. Even though he spent way this than an hour on the car.
Ripped Off
DO NOT GO HERE.

Billy always takes care of his customers, he shows you what you need done. And genuinely cares. He got upset that I got ripped off at Sears auto. And showed me how much it would’ve been if I went to him instead. All the employees are friendly, and work well. (He also gave me a free loaner) He gets to know you as a person and treats you like one. I’ve never been so well taken care of at a mechanics shop. Highly recommend!

Go elsewhere.
Without going into too much detail they broke one of my tools, and kept me waiting 30 minutes for an alignment when the machine was open and they had the staff to do it. Told the guy at the front I was in a hurry and even called before coming in to make sure there was not a line to get an alignment, and they still took their time and didn’t hustle to get me in and out. Sorry to be the first one star review, this is the first time I have ever been mad enough to write one.

Always great service and good advice. Took my old car here and had great service and am about to take my new car here for a new windshield. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Billy is really great– he is always willing to help (he gave me a free loaner car once), very fast with his service (20 minute inspection), and always has an apple for my kid. Plus, he gives a military discount for both veterans and those on active duty. Merica.

They performed a tune-​up on my truck which turned out well. They also found some other things that needed repair.
Everything considered, they’re friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

they don’t even deserve a star. worst place. they did a state inspection for me and recorded the mileage wrong — which in turn caused me to have to drive far out ot my way to get registration done only to find out they had screwed up and had to drive all the way back to get it corrected. and they weren’t the brightest when it came to asking for the correction — they had «no idea» how the mistake could have been made. while they re-​did the paperwork, of course, because they were at fault but they refused to refund my money! and then i wasted hours and gas having to go back to the registration office all over again. i will never go back here. beware!
