Established in 2007.

Man-​Edge Properties was built on a commitment to superior service, honesty, integrity, and the value of home ownership and family. Carol Freeman and Bill Edge set the foundation for Man-​Edge Properties during their days working together for GMAC and EXIT Real Estate Companies. They found that they both shared the belief that all clients deserve stellar service, and honesty. Our mission statement is «we are a community of real estate professionals dedicated to making a difference with integrity, innovation, care and excellence. Bill Edge is one of Houston’s most respected and admired Realtors. Bill is known for his vast Real Estate knowledge, and respected for his commitment to his clients. Bill’s caring for his clients, and understanding their needs has allowed him to make dreams come true for deserving people. He likes to say that he is proud to be able to participant in making people’s lives better.

He is a single parent who has raised two sons by himself. Giving back to the community has been a passion for him. He has chaired numerous charity events, and worked on many committees. He understands that life is a journey you go on, and success is measured in helping people.
