We opened in 2012 with 10 rooms and 1 couples room and thanks to the great response from the community and opportnunity expanded in 2013 to 17 rooms and 2 couples rooms and continue to serve the Heights and Washington Corridor communities!

I was unsure if I should write this, since my gal at Massage Heights is already in such high demand. But everyone deserves to experience a massage from Stephanie so here I am.
STEPHANIE IS AMAZING. I go see her for 60 – 90 minute deep tissue. I see her pretty regularly, since I’ve got a myriad of injuries as well as TMJ, and every time I leave her table I feel like a brand new person.
She uses some really good techniques and will explain to me what is going on when she does them (since, as you may or may not know, deep tissue can be uncomfortable when it’s happening, but Heaven when it is over). I appreciate her explaining to me what is happening.
I will go to her table with a neck ache, back ache, sore jaw, and a headache and walk out feeling like a new woman.
And if you every need a traditional relaxing Swedish massage, she’s AMAZING at that too! So whether it is therapeutic or if it is for relaxation, she’s my gal. I love her!!!

This place is top notch. It’s definitely got a relaxing feel, very professional, and I always leave very satisfied with my massage. I have been getting massages for the past 8 years of my life regularly. There massage therapists are absolutely the best. I don’t know where they hire them from, but they definitely have some of the best in Houston. I don’t mention my masseuse in fear that she will be booked up for eternity.

So I’ve found a therapist that is just wonderful all around. Tash is whom I came to my first time here when I was experiencing terrible back pain. I had a 30 minute ‘emergency’ session she was the person they put me with. It was such a blessing because she has helped so much with my issues. I work on my feet all day so I constantly need to have massage to relieve the strain. Tash does an amazing job every time, knowing just what needs to be pulled, stretched, rolled whatever. Sometimes it’s brutal LOL but I always leave feeling so much better. It’s been a year since that first session and I just don’t have anything but wonderful things to say about her.
As far as this location, no complaints there either. It’s always very clean, the staff is attentive both in person and on the phone.

I had a 2 hour massage from Tina, I don’t go in for the relaxing Type of massage. I like mine deep tissue, full elbows and she delivered. I didn’t buy a membership this time around, had to talk to my husband before doing so, but I will be back soon and will likely get a membership at that time. The wait wasn’t long. The rooms are nice, it smelled good and I couldn’t hear anything but the music (which was a little loud if I wanted relaxing)… overall a good experience.

Today was my first visit to Massage Heights. I’m a teacher — so I’m off during the summer. :) I’d been experiencing some tension headaches (recently and throughout the school year), so I decided that I’d go for a massage. I’d seen Massage Heights because it is close to my boyfriend’s house and my chiropractor — so I decided to just go there. Good decision.
The introductory price of a 60-​minute massage is $ 49.99; the addition of hot stones («an elevation» as they call it) is $ 20. (Because I checked in on Unilocal,I received a complementary «elevation.») Because of the recommendation of my therapist and the nagging tension in my muscles, I decided to get a membership — which allows for one treatment per month at a discounted price that is automatically drafted from your account on a monthly basis. (If you want more than one treatment per month, then the extras are 50% off.)
My massage therapist — and the one I will continue to see — was named Sharta. She was informative and knowledgeable. She kept me comfortable and relaxed the entire time, checking pressure and explaining the moments of slight pain that I experienced (deep knots in my muscles that were difficult to release). For this initial session, I asked her to concentrate on my back because I could feel the tension there; after our session, she explained to me that my hamstrings and quads were equally tight/​knotted and recommended that I come weekly until they loosened. I left the session with her relaxed, informed, and aware of best next steps for relaxing my muscles and body.
Massage therapy at Massage Heights will be my new best friend!

Overall great experience!
My husband and I sign up for a couples massage. I am 6 months pregnant and they accommodated to my situation and assigned me a prenatal massage specialist.
It was my first prenatal massage and my first at this place after years of not having one. I am super sensitive and Rosa was really good and careful. It was also my husband’s first massage ever.
We got Rosa and Mary. They were super nice and careful, asking constantly if the pressure was right. It was really good for both of us and we left relaxed and happy. We will come back very soon for sure.
The staff at the front desk was also very friendly and attentive. Prices are average and we didn’t feel like we over payed, since the service was so good.
Beautiful place, clean, great scents at the lobby and the rooms. Make sure you ask for the aromatherapy while you get your massage. They won’t use any scents if you don’t request it and they are free of charge.

Came here yesterday for a 1hr massage and left feeling so relaxed and happy. I came in and filled out paper work, checked in on Unilocal and got a free upgrade/​elevation. You’re able to choose from a foot scrub, hot stone and something else… I went with the hot stone. I got Andrew as my massage therapist and I couldn’t have been any happier.
Andrew asked lots of questions throughout the massage and explained what he was doing the entire time. Now I know that might be annoying for people who want to relax, but this definitely was helpful. He was constantly checking to make sure that the pressure was what I would like and addressed my problem areas. The hot stones were a great accompaniment to the massage. I will definitely be scheduling more massages here with Andrew in the future.

As a result of my conversation with David, I’m going to give this another shot and most certainly will update my rating and review after the next visit.

I scheduled in advance a massage for my mother as a present for Mother’s Day.
The place was lovely, clean, welcoming and had friendly receptionists. My mothers massage therapist was Nikki and she was so inviting and made me feel Massage Heights was the best choice I made for my mom to get her massage. I was so excited to here how my mom loved her massage so much.
Here are my mothers exact words:

I’ve received massages and facials here for years. I have been a member of Massage Heights for 4 years (averaging 2 massages a month), and have been coming to this location since it opened. I come for pain relief from Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. The staff that takes care of logistics are usually efficient, pleasant, and knowledgable.
As for the massage– there are so many different folks that if you don’t like the one you had, ask for a different person next time. Before I found my go-​to guy (Andrew), when I made my appts. I would tell the staff exactly what I was looking to have done (soft or deep tissue, etc.) and asked them to recommend someone. In 4 years, I think I’ve had 1 bad massage, a couple of so-so’s and the rest great. As for scheduling, etc., only once did they make a mistake– they booked me for a 60 min. instead of a 90 min. So what– no one’s perfect, and considering that it’s a large corporation offering discount massages, they deliver a great product.
If I had a complaint, it would be that there used to be a reward program for members where you could earn points for different things and redeem them for products or massages. Without warning, it ended and I hadn’t used any of my point yet. I never got a decent explanation, or apology. They should bring back a rewards program considering how much money I spend there in a month!

I have been a member at other massage facilities and this one is truly exceptional. I’ve never had a bad massage therapist here, which is more than I can say for other places. The therapists are ALL amazing and the facility is clean, quiet, and relaxing.

I thought I’d try out this place — just to compare my current masseuse to other places that might be more accommodating with time availabilities and dates. I appreciated the first time rate to give it a try, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The massage was fine, but I feel like I’ve had better.
I think what erked me a little was that when I was leaving, they said that my masseuse insisted that I come back every two weeks to meet with him. Maybe I’m stubborn, but I like to make the decision myself as to how often I should be getting a massage — not to mention with massages, I need to put into consideration how it makes me feel hours later — if the massage really did help loosen up my tight muscles. Then I started getting bombarded with emails — which I’ve now unsubscribed from.
Going back to my old masseuse elsewhere.

First, I’d like to say how amazing the massage was and how I am only giving 3 stars because of the actual business.
Trell was my masseuse and she was amazing. She focused on tension areas that I had mentions, took care of all of my knots and made sure to use the perfect pressure for my body. I was so tense so my deep tissue massage only needed light pressure. The aromatherapy is apart of the package and the eucalyptus was a really nice touch. I definitely fell asleep in my 90 minute massage. Oh and they have heated beds!
Sadly, I did not like the corporate aspect of this place. Their prices are great if you are a member or a first timer. When you enter, it is bright and airy and cold. I’m use to a dimmed environment with music and a nice welcome mimosa. The back rooms are close to each other. I could hear people walking around outside. After the massage, I stood at the check out counter for another 30 minutes because they REALLY REALLY wanted to sell me a membership, or anything for that matter.
Another negative, when I called to book my appointment, I asked if the «elevation» would be extra time in top of my 90 min, or if it would be within the 90 min? They told me it would be extra time OVER my 90, so I thought, great! FALSE. It’s incorporated into the 90 min. I was also there early to fill out paperwork so it wouldn’t cut into my time. I checked my time right before I laid down and right when I got up. 75 minutes total! They included paperwork time, time I had to wait for the masseuse, and cut me short 5 min at the end. On top of «incorporating» the elevation into the full body massage time.
Loved my massage. Don’t waste your money on the elevations (they’re so over priced and cut into your actual body massage time). Get there at least 15 min early. For an affordable massage, this is great. If you want the whole spa massage experience, I’ve have better. But my back feels great!
