I serves as the Senior Vice President of EMSI; a subsidiary of Medsolutions, Inc. I was responsible for all EMSI operations including the UTMB Facility, the Garland Facility, and all North and South Texas transportation issues. I has twenty years experience in the management and operation of biomedical waste treatment facilities. He has managed the UTMB Facility since 1995.
