Memories Gown Preservation has been cleaning and preserving wedding gowns for Houston area brides since 1979.

In 2009 Memories launched it’s national Preservation Kit Program to bridal salons, tux shops, and drycleaners across the continental United States. Memories now services 90,000+ brides with growth rates pointing to 100,000+ brides by the end of 2014.

I received a Memories discount since I bought my dress through David’s Bridal so I thought the price was pretty fair considering the value of the dress. I would give it five stars, but I didn’t want to take the dress out of the box to double check. My dress wasn’t real dirty or frayed, though, so I’m sure it came out great. The presentation in the box is beautiful! I’m a plus size girls so I wasn’t sure how the dress would look in the box, but they wrap it around a bodice form so it keeps shape really well. I also opted to add my veil and upgrade to the silver box and I’m glad I did. I can’t wait to take it out of the box years from now knowing it will still look amazing!

Quick turn around. My dress is creased against the front display panel. This may have happened in shipping. I am trying to not be so OCD about this little detail, but may wind up returning it. Otherwise good experience.

The dress came back exactly how I wanted it and it was very pretty, but the box was bent. I don’t know what to do about it because the dress is fine, but I can’t really display it because of the damage to the box.

I purchased my gown a couple years back at David’s bridal and just recently sent it in to Memories Gown Preservation to get preserved. I was very pleased with the results of the dress. Spotless and packaged great. Better than I had even anticipated. The entire process was easy and shipment was very quick. I am so glad I decided to do this and have already told a lot of people about it. Highly recommend.

Waste of money! You can also only get to the real review link if you LIE and click «willing to recommend». All the good detailing in my dress is in the skirt and train and they sent me this identical plastic box. Get someone who will actually consider YOUR dress for yourself.

I purchased the Gown Preservation kit last month and received it fairly quickly, the shipping instructions were very easy. I received my Gown back pretty fast, It was amazing to see how beautiful it was displayed and my husband was shocked how beautifully it was done. I so happy I did it. Your customer service rep were very helpful and very nice.

I cannot put into words how happy and how impressed I am with my dress! At first I was hesitant to pack my dress in a box and mail it out to an unknown place, but I had faith and did it anyway! It was so easy and convenient to pack and ship (instructions, order form, bag, box, packing tape all included). I mailed it out May 6th, it arrived at it’s destination for cleaning on May 10th and today May 19th I received my dress back! It is packaged beautifully and has all the cleaning/​inspection details and the 30 year preservation certificate on the back of the box! I am BEYOND satisfied with this company! It was so easy to send the dress off, and when it came, it looked even more beautiful and sparkly than it did on my wedding day. I just had the basic kit, so my gown is guaranteed for 30 years. Purchased at David’s Bridal for both my daughter’s wedding dresses. Put each dress in the box they give you and they gave you everything you need, tape, mailing label. …Gave to my UPS person and in less than 3 weeks they were back and looks gorgeous in the preserved box. Easiest thing ever and quite affordable. Worth every penny!

They did a wonderful job preserving my gown. It was a package I purchased at the time of my dress purchasing. I am so excited and relieved at how amazing it turned out.
There is included an update on how the cleaning and preservation process went. It is also beautifully displayed in the box and sealed.
It was a quick process as well, around about two weeks.
It’s such a special garment i’m so happy it is now forever safe and cleaned back to the way I first bought it.
There are options to have it personalized as well if you are interested but I opted for the general preservation, and i’m very happy with it.

I purchase their preservation service through Bed Bath & Beyond. It was easy to add the service to my registry, and then purchase it with a discount when it wasn’t purchased as a gift. It was convenient to mail the dress in, and then I received it by UPS at my home. It was beautifully preserved in a box with the front of the dress displayed.

I purchased the Memories Gown Preservation package through David’s Bridal. I was very pleased with how quickly my preserved gown was returned to me (within two weeks), but I was not pleased with the boxed display. The top inside frame of the display box looks as if it collapsed onto my gown (very noticeable through the display window), my gown is angled down to the left (looks very sloppy), and the hip area of my gown has a large wrinkle. This might have been a shipping and handling error, but Memories Gown Preservation is still responsible for the condition of the finished product delivered to its customers.
I have not removed the shrink wrap to get to my gown, so I don’t know well it was cleaned and preserved.

You all did an amazing job! I let my dress sit for a year after my wedding. I took it outbid the garment bag and didn’t realize all of the stains I got on it the day of my wedding! Guess that means I had an amazing day! Another way of. «Destroying the Dress».
But I am so happy that I made the decision to preserve my dress. You guys were able to pull out all those stains and make it just as beautiful as. I remember! I can’t wait to move to my new home in Georgia and display it with my wedding photos!

My wedding memories I was very impressed with the fast professional service I received from Memories Gown Preservation, filling out the paper work was easy and my dress looks amazing the box. Instead of being hiding in a clothing bag in the back of my closet my dress is instead displayed in a see thru box that I can look at and be reminded of my happy day. They were great! I had accidentally put down a PO box for them to ship to and they called me a day or two after I had sent my dress in to see which address I needed my dress shipped to.
I was also really happy with the way the dress was displayed in the box. Now my dress won’t take up space in the closet and i can store it easily. Totally worth it!

Finally found the time to drive 30 minutes to this shop with my gown on a Friday at 3pm and they are closed.
Moreover, their actual storefront was not easy to find.
To the idiot who’s in charge of store hours: you may want to change closing time to «whenever we feel like leaving» instead of 5pm Monday through Friday. Customers don’t like to be lied to.
Horrible experience. Going elsewhere.
