History

Established in 2011.

My name is Mike Ball. I have been working in the Houston landscape industry sense 1986. I started (DBA) Mike’s Lawn Service at the ambitious age of sixteen by knocking door-​to-​door and passing out flyers. After seven successful years with the «learn by doing» approach I was given the opportunity to sell my company and join Texas Environments. Under the tutelage of Brian & Rodney Warner I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge, from how to manage multiple crews to Commercial /​Residential landscape and maintenance techniques. Since then over the past 13 years I have had a successful career as irrigation manager, operation manager, branch manager and general manager.

My passion is landscape and working with clients and I gain tremendous satisfaction from the smiles on there faces after a completed project. So after getting more joy from working on the weekends then I did during the week, I decided it was time to focus more of my energy into what I love most.

Who is Mike Ball?

I would say I am passionate about my work and always go the extra mile to do the job right. I care about the quality of the service and the overall satisfaction of my clients. I have been designing and installing landscapes, irrigation, patio and lighting in the Houston area for over 27 years. I am a licensed irrigator and a certified interlocking concrete paver installer.
