I hired Mr. Glass & Mirror to install a shower door for me and they did a wonderful job. I am a very satisfied customer and will really recommend them. Thank you Mr. Glass and Mirror, my shower door looks fabulous.

Mr. Glass and Mirror installed a shower door at my house and we are very pleased with their service. The technician that came to measure the job was on time and even called to confirm the appointment; the office staff was very nice and very professional and the price they gave me over the phone was the price I paid when the job was completed. I will highly recommend Mr. Glass and Mirror to anyone seeking for a glass company.

I hired Mr. Glass & Mirror to put in a New Frameless shower door. I got a high end upgraded glass and it was an all new shower. The people were nice but the shower always leaked. I called a second time and another guy came out and fixed it but it still leaked. I called a few months later and a 3^rd guy came out to fix it and said «all frameless leak a little», so we tried to put up with it. But over a year later I was fed up and called again and now I was told it’s only 12 months warranty and they would charge me to come out. They couldn’t fix it with 3 call outs last time so I’m not paying. Another 6 months goes by and with leaking shower my wife’s always pissed at me, I called several other companies. Get this, they put the glass in wrong. It doesn’t line up. The door will never seal, the bottom seal is in wrong. The cheap hinges are rusting and they cracked the tile which is now leaking into the drywall in my closet. The new company I found pointed this out, which is now very clear. The first installer didn’t install correctly and every repair person from the same company new it the second they showed up but only put a band aid on it compared to fixing it right.
This company new they did a bad install and refused to accept responsibility. We all make mistakes, but it’s how you handle those mistakes that shows what kind of company you are. they charged me $ 1625.00 for a shower glass that has only sides. What a rip off, and agony to deal with. Terrible quality install, 3 separate repairs, damage tile, and minimal warrant. This next company fixed it and offers a LIFETIME warrant on install. Guess they care about their reputation. Don’t use Mr. Glass & Mirror.

Mr. Glass and mirror is disgusting. The products were very cheap quality. The employees were very messy. Dragging there feet across the floor. I called them and spoke with a customer service agent and was spoken to badly. They didn’t have my products when I order them. Please don’t go to Mr. Glass and mirror.
