Just moved into a new home a couple weeks ago and had my house rekeyed on Tuesday. They showed up on time, were very polite (even though I was being annoying because I kept remembering several requests I had throughout the process rather than telling him everything upfront), and did a great job.

James came to our house today and rekeyed our locks. He was on time, called to confirm the appointment, was very polite and nicely dressed. He went straight to work and finished promptly, then ask us to try the key to make sure all was done to our satisfaction. He was very professional and I will use the company again. I am a Realtor (which he did not know) and will be happy to use James in any of my locksmith needs in the future.
