Myth Spa & Salon

This is my favorite place, in one of my favorite locations, and Angela is the best stylist. hands down. She is a Sassoon graduate and she uses Goldwell :-) Big bonus!
Angela is meticulous with her foils. she uses many many and they are all in perfect order, never smashed in.
When she say trim– she means trim!
I LOVE This salon! I love Angela! Tina is fun too– She has never done my hair but I have seen her work. She is good!

They get three stars because of the great massage and the nice quality spa. However, they forgot to charge my card the $ 30 tip I had written in for the massage therapist. Close to three months later, (three months!), they ran a separate charge for $ 30 on my bank card without contacting me first to at least let me know what the situation was. Granted, I wanted the tip to be given and would have been fine with it had it been explained to me, but I have a huge problem with a business that just helps itself to your funds when they have made an accounting mistake on their end months after the service was provided. I had to call them to find out why I was being charged $ 30 for apparently nothing. Not the best customer service experience, which is why I have not been back.
