Don’t do business with this company. I brought a coffee table and loaded it my truck. While still in there parking lot I saw the same table there but bigger and 80 dollars more. I wanted to switch it out for the bigger more expensive table. Oh NOOOO all sales final even through I havn t even left the parking lot. What a Idiot. they would have made more money and very rude. I will never ever go back to this store.

Love this store. I almost always have luck here. They have unique pieces at reasonable prices. Staff is supper friendly. I just bought a TV cabinet and a console table. I’ve been looking for the perfect TV cabinet for a long time, should have gone here first. I was just about to settle on something ordinary from World Market, I’m so glad I stopped.
If you haven’t been in a while they aren’t in Rice village anymore, they are near Shepherd and Washington.

Although we love this store, we had a bad experience with a sales person telling us we could exchange a cabinet we purchased if it didn’t fit in our space. When we brought the cabinet inside our home, we called to notify the sales person that we wanted to do an exchange, and we were treated in an unprofessional manner. We ended up keeping the cabinet, trying it out in several areas of our home. It is now our entryway cabinet, and we have really grown to like it. It’s definitely a unique statement piece; a one of a kind. We get many compliments on it. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because I really like the furniture Nadeau offers. I’m not sure if that irate sales person still works there, but it’s definitely worth checking out for your furniture needs.

Bought a side table here and I love it! They have such a variety of styles of furniture and it is worth the money you spend! (Good Quality.) Definitely will be purchasing something else from here soon!

The guy was not very friendly and my furniture started cracking 2 weeks after I brought it home.

I absolutely love everything I have purchased from Nadeau. It’s real wood furniture, not the cheap particle board stuff you find at other retailers, at much more reasonable prices. I love the variety of pieces and finishes… you can always find something that’s one of a kind!

The short version of Nadeau: Unique one of a kind pieces of furniture, many featuring the «reclaimed» look at ahhhhhmazing prices with fantastic customer service.
The long version: Were about 90% thru remodeling our kitchen, and after we installed the new chandelier in the breakfast area I took one look at our table and decided it had to go. But where to purchase a new one? I went to all the usual suspects (Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Home Source) but I couldn’t find a piece that whispered in my ear «Take me home… I will complete your kitchen». In my mind I was envisioning a distressed/​reclaimed wood table & chairs. You know, it looks antique but it’s new (sort of, because the material has been repurposed). Anyways, trying to think outside the box I searched «reclaimed wood table» on Craigslist and stumbled across a listing from this store and on an extreme whim went to go check it out. BAM, as soon as we entered the store my husband and I both spot our table along with chairs we love. Throw in one bench and a framed chalkboard and we’ve just purchased everything we’ve been searching for a fraction of what we were planning on spending.
Two important things to note… there are NO returns. I think this policy is kind of lame… I love everything I purchased but still… Not having that as an option kind of freaks me out. Also, if you do purchase something and need delivery I recommend against Mayan Movers (the store promotes them along with 2 other companies)…they quoted me $ 65 but said since there was traffic and delivery took longer than anticipated they were charging me $ 100. Wtf? Also, the guys moving my stuff were not very careful with it.

I was a big fan of the original Rice Village location, and I’m an even bigger fan of this new location since it’s bigger and much closer to my house!
Nadeau has eclectic, solid wood furniture at nearly-​wholesale prices. They have a great selection of armoires, shelving and tables of all kinds — coffee, dining, bedside. What they don’t have much of is beds or living room seating. Their specialty is really the wood pieces. They import a lot of colorful painted pieces from Indonesia that can become the focal point of your room. They also have a good variety of smaller knick-​knack items for decorating your home.
Because our 5-​year wedding anniversary is coming up, and the traditional 5-​year gift is «wood,» (no dirty jokes, please) my husband and I decided to finally upgrade our last piece of apartment furniture as our wooden gift to each other. Hence, our first purchase from this new location was a beautiful armoire to replace our old Ikea shelf that holds our game consoles and DVDs in the living room. The new piece is about 6 and a half feet tall, has 3 shelves, glass sides and glass doors. For $ 471, I could not be happier with this purchase. Most other comparable pieces would cost $ 899 or more.
The one thing about Nadeau is that you’ve gotta be quick and diligent to get the piece you want, because there are no duplicate pieces. They get shipments every few weeks and post pictures with prices online. You can like them on FB or sign up for their email list to hear about the shipments as soon as they happen. When you find a piece online that you like, get your butt down there and buy it – they’ll hold it for you for a few days while you borrow a truck to come back and pick it up.
There is also no financing available (fine by me, because you shouldn’t be buying stuff you can’t immediately afford anyway) and no delivery service (also fine by me, because I’d rather do it myself and save the usual $ 50+ fee.)
This is definitely my favorite furniture store in town.

The new showroom is 4x bigger than the rice village one, and soooooo much more accessible. It no longer feels like you’re trekking through an untamed jungle of whimsical furniture. Now nearly, though randomly stacked two-​high, the aisles are easily traversed and the showroom itself feels very airy. The salespeople are helpful and never pushy. They never have the the mechanical schtick of Gallery Furniture. Love this place

I had been to their Rice Village location, but this new location is considerably bigger and they have a lot more furniture. The staff is friendly and helpful.
They have a lot of different wooden furniture, and much of it is painted. The prices are very reasonable. The furniture is perfect for filling a space, and there are many unique items. None of it is going to wind up being a family heirloom, but it’s definitely nicer then a lot of the discount furniture stores.
If you are in the market for an interesting, inexpensive piece of furniture, stop by and check this place out.

If you are looking for unique pieces that won’t break the bank you should definitely check out Nadeau Furniture.
They have a great mixture of styles from crazy dressers with miss-​matched drawers to very traditional buffets. They have a great assortment of painted accent pieces for an extra pop of color in you home decorating. They have tables and chairs in all different shapes and sizes. Again I must restate that none of these items will break the bank.
