Nails Club

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had long real nails. Believe the low star rating. Enter this place at your own risk! Trust me i regret now. Now i have to wait for my nail to heal to do my nails again. I am one of those people who normally no matter how bad their doing i still let them finish and pay i just wont go back. I literally pulled my hands away and walked out. I warn you now. Enter at your own risk. Never again.

I go here when I’m in need of a mani pedi. They do a great job. I’ve had no problems with them at all. The Cost is great! $ 25 for mani/​pedi, that is rare to find these days. It is clean and in a well traveled plaza so they get frequent business. I really am satisfied with this place.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve been going to Tracy for 5 years now. She does a great job on my eyebrows and nails. They do get extremely busy on the weekends so try to go during the week if you can.

These women are rude and nasty and very pushy. They only want your money and they want to get you in and out without caring about what it is you want. My visit the lady actually argue with me for a good 10 minutes about why I should get my nails the way she wanted me to get them which was a cheaper looking way but of course they wanted to charge more money.

That was my last visit to this nail shop. I ended up walking out, without receiving service and the guy chasing me outside letting me know that they could help me now… after I waited twice without being acknowledged. So, when I initially walked in, I was not greeted. I was ignored even after being acknowledged. One of the workers asked a fellow employee about me but she gave a short answer & continued with her work. He had to stop his work & ask me what I needed. He had me go to the back to wait on getting my eyebrows waxed. Then after waiting another 5 minutes (this is now about 10 minutes total), a woman was attended to in front of me, and I know she was not there before me. I already wanted to leave after waiting the 1^st time but this was too much.

Customer service is nonexistent. They act as if you need them. Waited about an hour for someone to do my friends nails while others came and went.
After I complained. They rushed my job. Left our nails and toes bleeding. Furthermore they Nearly refused to paint my toes in a design I wanted (which was just like another customers design)
They lie about prices. They tell you it’s one price when they’re doing your nails, and when you get to the register its a different story.
I asked other customers about their experiences tags day. All complaints. In my opinion they feel like they can treat certain customers any kind if way. I will Not Return.
