NHS Mobile Day Spa and Wellness

My friend and I also bought the Groupon and had the hardest time getting in contact with them. Beside the fact that they only were open Wednesday through Friday (with special service on the weekend if requested ahead of time), they rarely ever picked up the phone. During a time frame of a month, only I got to talk to them on the phone and only for 5 minutes to set up an appointment for that following weekend. That Saturday I got a text message from the salon tellign me the girl who would have done our nails wasn’t going to come in after all so for me to reschedule. And they never picked up their phone again. Haven’t even been reimbursed for the Groupon and I doubt we ever will.

This business had a coupon deal on one of the sites, I think it was Groupon, to have a manicure and pedicure. A big group of us each bought a coupon so we could get together and have our nails done before a big event. On that day, they did not send enough people to do our nails. Many of us never got our nails done in time for the event. Everyone else who had their nails done went home, removed the polish, and redid their own nails because it looked so horrible. We all had to pay a set amount upfront for tip, so there wasn’t even an option to tip them less.
Some of the girls decided to give it a second chance. They thought that maybe the quality wasn’t as good because we had a big group, so they went back individually to see if they got better service, but they still did a bad job. Again, they had to go home and remove the polish because it did not look good at all.
I really wouldn’t suggest using this service. It’s not even worth it if you are able to get a coupon for them because you’ll just end up going home and removing the nail polish.
