Oaks of Westchase Apartments

I just moved in the last week of September to the beautiful apartment. I love living here because when started the process for the apartment I was scared of not getting approved and the everyone in the office are wonderful and I’m glad I was approved here. The last place I live was the worse

I would never rent from this complex. They got me for $ 300 for nothing !! I had applied and got approved but I had a terrible family emergency so I needed to cancel my arrangements. Not even a week after I had been approved I was told I’m not able to get my deposit back. Worst business practice ever. Fuck this place they only
Want to keep your money for their commission!

If I could give this place a zero I would. The new management is unprofessional and disrespectful. The tiny one bedroom apartment is nowhere near worth the amount they ask for. While they are renovating, they are doing it in the most unprofessional and inconvenient way possible. They didn’t make sure the new gate system worked before closing it so residents were looked out of their own apartments. Guests of residents are treated like unwelcome criminals, they make no notes on residents accounts so they call and ask you multiple times about situations that were already resolved. It would be one thing if they were just new and unorganized but they are also disrespectful. When there are issues on accounts they call and accuse you and speak to you as if you are less than human. They lie about everything. I was told multiple times that they left voicemails regarding an issue with my account when I don’t have a voicemail set up. Someone broke into my apartment, which was right across from the office, in broad daylight, and no one noticed anything… Overall I would live on the street before I returned to these apartments.

New update on this property !!!, i guess you can say «Happy Girl happy life !!! since the new management took over (Capstone Real Estate Service) i have been very satisfied with the endless five star service, it was a little bumpy at first but it has been smooth as Mr. Clean head since Renee and her team jumped in, Here are Five stars and Five Great Reasons Why you should move in «!,
1.) The Area !
You can live on Westhiemer without having to pay the Westhimer prices
2.)If it breaks they will fix it right away!
3.) They will work with whatever your situation is
4.) The Apartment is a nice size even for the age of the property
5.)So quite its scary
Btw… the whole team is kind and on the ball !!!
