I ordered Battery post replacement for $ 5.00. I hope it fits my battery terminal.
UPDATE: It fits my battery terminal.
Service is attentive, clean, quick, friendly. Representative answered questions and showed where parts are.
I came here 05/​13/​2016, around 08:00 AM.

I had been having an issue with my cruise control light coming on when I would start my car and I Googled it and found out that it’s a common issue that indicates the battery dying. I had just grabbed a few things at Kroger next door around 9:45pm and saw that the «Open» sign was still lit at O’Reilly so I figured I might as well see if they could test my battery so I wouldn’t end up stranded somewhere. I saw they closed at 10pm but I popped in and apologized it was close to their closing and asked if they minded quickly doing a battery test for me. Marshall did not seem one bit annoyed and gladly ran the test.
While he was doing so, he explained the culprit was likely the battery acid leak that was clearly visible once the battery cap was removed. He confirmed the battery was dying and proceeded to check my battery warranty in hopes it was still covered. After realizing it was expired he brought up several options on the computer for replacements and helped me choose the right one.
He installed the battery very enthusiastically and sprayed some protectant on it to help with the acid issue. I didn’t expect such quick and authentic service at a auto parts store in a strip center near my house. I highly recommend it – particularly Marshall, who was extremely nice and helpful despite the late hour!

This was not inspiring: I wanted a specific item, a bottle of 303 Fabric Guard. O’Reilly’s website indicated that the item was in stock at this store (941 Shepherd) so I drove over there to pick up a bottle.
I showed my empty bottle to «Jay» at the store and he gave me a blank look and said that they did not stock it. I said that I just searched their online store and it said that not only did they stock it but there was stock in this store. I asked him to search their site, which he did with bad grace but he would not search for that specific term (‘303 Fabric Guard’), despite me asking him to several times, he searched for cleaners and other unrelated products (presumably to prove himself correct).
Then he just walked off to serve another customer leaving me hanging — worst service I have ever had. Perhaps this young man would be better off in another occupation that does not depend on dealing with customers.
I’m sticking to AutoZone from here on, at least they are always helpful.

Neither the auto enthusiast nor the every man who needs to do some basic maintenance will be happy here. Poorly stocked, cluttered shelves. Out of basic inventory. The electronic parts finder is only updated to 2012 models, only one part catalog in the whole store, so you have to download their app and scan the bar code on a sign code to look up parts. Why would i want to waste my time on an app like that I have to delete later. Wiper blades were over priced, they don’t sell blade refills… probably because those are the cheapest smartest way to go. Filter shelves were cluttered, half the boxes were backwards, everything was spread out to make it look like the half full shelf had more than it did. Staffed by pimple faced teens or close to, and one woman who’s job is to apparently stand in the back somewhere and holler about passwords.
The only up was the convenience of the location. Too bad its in a location where the young and tech savy moving into the area can just as easily find what they want on amazon for cheaper and have it shipped for free in 2 days. That’s what I’ll be doing.

These guys are always so helpful! I can barely figure out how to open the gas cap on my car, so whenever I have a tail light out or the check engine light comes on, they save the day!
They’ve changed a couple of tail lights for me over the last 5 – 6 years and also saved me $$$ by having my annoying «check engine light» code read on their computer instead of going to the repair place where they will charge me over $ 250 just to tell me what’s wrong with my car!
As a lady that knows zero about cars, it’s reassuring to know this place and the employees can help me out when I’m in need of a small auto fix. I recently bought a new car, so I’m hoping I won’t be in need of their services/​assistance any time soon, but if something comes up I am definitely coming here first!

Very great service, very helpful people

I first went into Auto Zone and Advance Auto (it just so happened I passed those Auto Parts Stores first)…to get a headlight bulb and to see if someone could install it for me… Both Stores said they could not help me. The Customer Service Rep at Auto Zone said he didn’t know how to put it in (or maybe he was lazy)…Then at Advance Auto the manager said she didn’t have anyone there to help me. So, I drove by O’Reilly…which should have been my First Choice! OMG… the staff is awesome and Juan the Night Manager is a God Send!!! He took the time to take out my battery and to disassemble the front passenger headlight so that he could put in a new bulb. Juan even saved me from a «street mechanic» who was trying to SELL me on his services of installing the bulb! But Juan is a hero and took it upon himself to install the bulb! I will never go to another auto parts store. Juan and his crew really care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure You are not ripped off on Their Watch!

I was lucky to use this auto parts shop when I needed new rotor, caliper and pads for my gfs 67 mustang. The guys here rule! I could not remember what rear end was used for the restoration but had the old parts with me. They dove right in to find the parts and were closing in on the correct parts when I finally got in contact with a friend that had worked on it last and he passed on it was a Lincoln Versailles rear end. The guys at O’reilly immediately pulled the pads and rotor and ordered the caliper for delivery the next morning and it was there the next morning just like they promised. They go way beyond the extra mile to deliver and that is not very common these days. I was able to fix the mustang that next day for under 150 $. I will always use this O’reilly for auto parts in the future because the crew here is amazing.

The crew working at this location are knowledgeable, quick and efficient. They usually have plenty of employees available and ready to help, and if they don’t have the part you’re looking for, they’ll find it at another location.
