History

Established in 2013.

Paramount Tutoring Services (PTS) is an academic support services company created in the year 2013 to address the academic needs of students enrolled in mathematics, science, and engineering courses. While our focus is on the science-​technology-​engineering-​mathematics (STEM) fields, we also offer essay and writing services, such as reviewing and editing of theses and dissertations.

Meet the Business Owner

Miguel P.

Business Owner

Miguel has a broad background in engineering. He holds a B.S. and an M.S., both in electrical engineering, from the University of Houston. Miguel is the owner and founder of Paramount Tutoring Services (PTS). Prior to founding PTS, he worked as Electrical Engineer for the medical device manufacturer Millar Instruments, Inc., where he helped develop data acquisition (DAQ) systems for cardiac and intracranial catheter sensors. He was also engaged in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) research at the University of Houston’s Applied Electromagnetics Laboratory while in graduate school. Miguel is an Engineer in Training (EIT #44 508) in the State of Texas, and is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
