Everyone has that one thing that they are scared of getting done most, for me its my teeth I have had some horrible experiences with my past dentists so I was very nervous when I came here. But dr. Lee and his associates took really good care of me. I am not afraid of dentists anymore. One word! He’s awesome! And my teeth look fabulous

Dr. Lee is very nice and knowledgeable, he personally cares about his patients. He performed root canal on one of my teeth and I swear I dozed off during the operation, it was as gentle and comfortable as it gets during something uncomfortable like this. Dr. Lee and his staff are personable and professional all while making you feel at ease. The dental office is always clean and prepared for your visit. You are always greeted by name and with a smile, never treated like a number, which is rare these days. Megan, one of the hygienists, is kind and always does a thorough job. I’m not sure if I enjoy seeing Megan or Dr. Lee more. Their personalities are so welcoming, I always feel like I’m catching up with old friends. My 13-​year-​old daughter speaks with both of them effortlessly and also always enjoys her visits. I’m glad we found Dr. Lee and his staff.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Lee and his office. This office is the best! I am so impressed with the level of care I am receiving every time I visit them. The facility is so up-​to-​date! Dr. Lee basically has saved my smile! He is so professional and considerate. Last time I had like five fillings in one side. He fixed them all in about 35 – 40 minutes only! And I didn’t feel anything! He also did a perfect crown for me too! He is the best dentist and I highly recommend visit his office!
The hygienist, Megan, she did a cleaning for my teeth last week! She’s very professional and she gave me a high level of care. I cannot wait for my next visit!
The front desk, these ladies are so friendly! I have a very busy schedule. They try their best every time to fit an appointment that works for me! They are so friendly and wonderful.

So far, he has been all that i have expected. I have been going to Dr. Lee for 5 years now. Like others, I was once PETRIFIED of the dentist. Now not only have I overcome my fear but I look forward to having my teeth cleaned! You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients dental care. He fixed one of my root canals that was done poorly by a previous dentist and I was able to eat normal within hours, after the numbing went away. I’m also not sure how he does it but I never felt the injection when my mouth was numbed so that’s fantastic due to my fear of needles!
Also, shout out to the amazing staff. The dental hygienist that cleans my teeth does an amazing job and really listens when I tell her of any issues I am having. I also like that the ladies at the front desk always know my name when I come in. :)

Dr. Lee is an outstanding dentist with very good patient care. His staff is amazing and very thorough. The wait is never more than 5 – 10 minutes and cleanings are quick as well. He has a good coffee machine also!

I’m one of those people who waited until my teeth started to hurt before I thought about going to the dentist. Honestly, I’ve been terrified of dentists for some odd reason. Dr. Paul Lee is my first dentist and I think it is one of the smartest moves that I have made to choose him to be my dentist.
One observation that I have made during every single visit is that, no matter what question or problem that I have, the team at Dr. Paul Lee’s office always have a solution for it. One of the most impressive things about the whole team at this office is that it takes them seconds to suggest ideas and solve problems that one of the best trauma hospitals could not come up with! Before started visiting Dr. Paul Lee’s office, I did not know that my broken jaw or my smile will ever be the same before my accident, but now I am very optimistic and confident that my jaw & teeth will be restored back to perfection. I can keep going and going, but I think you get the point. this is the best dentist hands down!

I have been visiting Dr. Paul’s office for the past three years and with every visit I continue to walk away impressed with how professional and kind he and his staff are. Over the years I have never waited more than 5 – 10 minutes and appreciate how respectful they are of my time. I have continually recommended Dr. Paul to friends and family who all have come back to me to share how wonderful their experience was.
Not only is Dr. Paul himself a great dentist, his hygienists are very friendly, keep me informed of what they are doing in my mouth and often share tips on how to take better care of my chompers. The receptionists are also very friendly, always welcome me by name and keep my paperwork so simple that scheduling my next appointment is often the only thing they need from me.

My whole family goes to Dr. Lee’s office and we all love it. I have very weak teeth so have had to do a lot of work. The staff is all super friendly and nice. They talk me through each procedure and the costs. My boys who are 2, 4 and 6 love going to the dentist! They like to get their teeth cleaned… the hygienists talk the boys through each step and put them at ease. They don’t overcharge like other pediatric dentists do. My boys still get a prize at the end so they enjoy their visit. It’s nice that there is a little room with a tv for them to wait if I am getting my teeth cleaned. Overall, love my experience there and appreciate all they do for our family! :)

Love Dr. Lee’s staff and service. One of the things I really appreciate is the financial consultation they offer before any major work is done. You actually get up out of the chair and visit with someone in a separate room to go over costs, insurance coverage, and a schedule for your work if it’s a long term decision.
One time, I could really only afford a part of what I needed and I never felt like they were pressuring me to spend more. They were happy to perform the work I could afford and I just completed the rest in a follow-​up visit. Whomever says they aren’t transparent is just making stuff up.

As much as I wanted to believe and trust all the good reviews, the poor reviews are definitely more aligned with my experience.
My very first visit, I got all the x-​rays done and then I was diagnosed with periodontal disease. I have never heard of the disease but it required a deep tissue cleaning which cost me around a little less than $ 500 out of my pocket.
My second or third visit, I had to get 2 cavities filled even after I got all the xrays done during my first visit. Why weren’t they identified during the first visit? It felt extremely rushed and looking back, I had no visual confirmation or much information at all.
My last visit, I came because I wanted to get a new pair of retainers. During a previous visit, I was told they were covered by insurnace but this visit, it suddenly was not covered and would cost me around $ 700. Then they said they would follow up and let me know. Never heard back and never heard back about future appointments for treating my ‘peridontal disease’.
The most surprising part though is that I see a dentist at least once a year and get my teeth cleaned. I brush my teeth twice a day and floss every single day. I haven’t had a single cavity since middle school so I am questioning a lot of things.
My feeling is that this place is all about the money. Never going back and don’t recommend it.

I went to this dentist a year-​two years ago and never realized how ridiculous their pricing is. I am only giving this place two stars because their hygienist was super sweet. Also, I thought Dr. lee was really nice until I realized I was told a lot of misinformation and probably would have gotten ripped off. I have dental insurance but not only did they not tell me they were out network they made me feel like my insurance did not have any coverage. I needed a deep cleaning which I would have had to pay almost 1000 out of pocket for even though my insurance covers 50% so does that mean a deep cleaning costs 2000 dollars? The pricing scared me of even getting my dental work done but I managed to give it another try after a year and half later and went to floss dental instead. There I was quoted at a much lower rate even without insurance and with insurance it was only 100 dollars. And floss dental is by no means a dinghy shack office in the middle of some hood where you have to question whether or not your periodontal issues and years of poor oral hygiene are cleaner than their equipment. In addition, this office told me I had two cavities that I did not have. I told the dentist at floss dental but he couldn’t find them and I wouldn’t know why this dentist would lie since fillings would make him more money. Therefore, I can only assume dr. Lee was trying to rip me off. Also, my husband also went to doctor lee and was told he would have to get his wisdom teeth pulled out too or he would not be able to get a deep cleaning. I understand they need to up sell and make that money but the extent they are willing to go to do it is atrocious.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Lee since the beginning of this year, and I actually like going to the dentist. If you’re looking for a good dental hygienist who is meticulous with her work, I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Megan. She takes pride in her work and goes back when she has missed something. This recent visit, after thinking she was done, Megan found a copy of spots she missed after looking at my x-​rays. She made sure the job was done right. Dr. Lee comes in after you’re done to make sure everything is good which really shows me that he and his team really care about their patients.
Erin works the front of the house and knows me by name as soon as I walk in. She’s always friendly and with a smile which is comforting when you go to the dentist. Consummate professionals from the front to the back of the house!

I have changed dentists every year before I started going to Dr. Lee’s office. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk greets me by name whenever I have come in for an appointment. My last hygienist that worked with me was very thorough and explained every step of routine checkup.
I like most people are afraid of going to a dentist because I feel like I’m being pressured or scared into doing something I don’t necessarily have to do but Dr Lee and his staff and very accommodating and very knowledgeable and make me feel like I can make a decision about my dental health with ease.
Now I have to see a oral surgeon about my wisdom tooth extraction hopefully they will be like Dr Lee and his staff…
