Pickups Plus

i have done business with pickups plus in the past, always had a good experiance with them. about 9 months ago i had aHID xenon light kit in stalled. with a1yr. warranty on parts and labor. recently one side quite working so i took it in to get it fixed under warranty .they looked at it and said it was a bad bulb they said it would cost me $ 25.00 for bulb and$ 25 for labor and that they would not honor the warranty because they are different owners when i first got it installed. thought it was tacky that they would not honor it, but what ever ijust wanted fixed so i paid the 50 dollars and went on my way. the next day when i got in to drive the headlight flickered and went out. so i took it back and they looked at it again and said the bulb burned out again. they said they replaced it and was working fine .the next day it quit working again, took it back , they looked at it and then told me it was my trucks lighting harness that was bad, now, dont you think they would of tested the continuity in wires first before allof this running around. so i took a look under the hood and did some test onthe wire harness of their hid kit it was faulty. all they did each time was wiggle the harness to make it work, in fact they never relplaced a single bulb. there was dust still on the cover where you remove the bulb! totally lied to me the whole time and charged me 50 dollars to boot! harold is a complete a##h### i will never go to pick ups plus again they are complete jerks .i would not recommennd them to my worst enemy!,

‘Duped by dealer and fell for it’ Right. Let’s review with a little more info on Pickups Plus and their quality electrical work. Ford F-​150 Raptors have a power distribution box under the hood. It contains necessary wiring connections to the auxiliary toggle switch box that sits in front of the gear shift on the center console in the truck cab. The power distribution box is specifically for wiring such items as auxiliary off road lights. Instead of connecting the lights to the power distribution box, Pickups Plus drilled a hole through the engine wall into the cab and wired the lights to one of the toggle switches. Now that’s quality work. Oh, and did I mention they used speaker wire ?!?

These guys do great electrical work. They rewired a bad installation by a different shop and did a top notch work. This guy was duped by his dealer and fell for it.
