Pines of Northwest Crossing

I really wish I didn’t have to give a store. First let me start off by saying that my living room/​dining room floor has been caving in since I moved into this unit in October 2014. I had to go 5 days without an operating refrigerator and lost $ 200 worth of spoiled groceries that I wasn’t reimbursed for. We’re currently under new management which I can say is good but she has a full plate. The office staff can be rude at times. I received my first notice to renew my lease and they wrote final notice on it. Neither one of the two showers I have work, they’ve been without pressure since August. The week of Thanksgiving someone finally came out to repair my floor. I chose to get carpet instead, so I had to wait another week to have that installed. You can still feel the hole in the floor where it’s caving in that was never repaired. Then today the AC/​Heat decides to go out, I first called the office at 8:12pm to report a maintenance emergency since I have a 14yr old and an 8 month old in an apartment that’s holding a temperature of 80 degrees! Now the temperature is dropping and I can’t even use the heater. I’ve called a total of 6 times and left about 4 – 5 messages with no return phone call. I can’t wait until I can move out of this run down ass apartment! They don’t care about their tenants, all they want is the money!
