Worst service Iv ever received. And I eat 2x chicken once a week. I asked a question of the sides as I was ordering and the lady started bitchen me out like I know the whole menu by heart. So ordering chicken strips I knew would take a minute because they make them fresh when ordered witch is why spend more for them. But when it takes 35 minutes to drop two orders of stripes that’s absurd. Trust me I feel for people working a hard earns job but just seems that the people here are«taking the hood to the heart«. I’m from hood and what?.. Southside for dayz But when im Hungary and would just like to pay get my food and home. We don’t sign your checks so please don’t take it out on the customers. Thank you.

I have to remind myself to never go to this location again on a Tuesday! I waited in the drive-thru for about 40 minutes and not one time did anyone come out and EXPLAIN or apologize for the extra long wait. I mean, I figured it was because of the crowds due to the 99 cents Tuesday special but I thought they would’ve had a better handle on the flow of things being that this deal runs EVERY Tuesday. I complained once I got to the window and the worker told me it was because they were making more chicken… that didn’t make me feel any better! Next time, I’ll be in the drive-thru line at the Pearland location… they have things under control on Tuesdays!

Great chicken! My meal was hot and juicy and just plain tasty. This location is a little, um, rough around the around the edges? It’s still great nonetheless. The line during lunch can get kind of long but they seem to always be prepared for it. I really like this location. It’s very easy to get to. I am in the middle of this location and the one at pearland town center. I pick this location everytime.

If you’d like a entrée of Creole-fried attitude with a side of insolence and pursed lips, then this is the place for you. To say that the employees here are«urban» is an understatement. I have never felt so much contempt for simply placing an order. There is ZERO customer service and I have literally been told that my order couldn’t be entered in the«computer» so I need to tell her which chicken pieces I wanted. I did so and you guessed it… the order came out wrong. They did a complete remodel within the last 18 months but the same old attitudes came right back after the grand opening. I’m surprised this place is even still open.

What do you expect… They may have remodeled but This place is a circus, the customer service is nonexistent, the staff is unprofessional, the one that look like the manager was having a shouting match with her boyfriend on the phone right in front of the restaurant„ luckily this place is cheap…

Used to be bad service like the rest of Hiram Clarke but Popeyes has improved !!! Correct orders and they dont lie about the availability of items anymore
