Excellent place to go for exams, glasses, contacts etc. prices are great, staff is friendly, and Dr. Bui is very knowledgable and genuinely cares about his patients. Will be coming back for many years to come.

I’ve been going here for years and each visit I am welcomed by a friendly, professional staff. The doctors are great. During my last visit, for instance, Thomas Bui went the extra yard to ensure that I would walk away with the perfect prescription. Not only do the professionals at Precise Eyecare offer impeccable service, but they also truly care about the well-being of their customers.

I drove by a few times and because I needed a new eye doctor and glasses(as well as deciding to go back to Acuvue Oasys from Air Optix), I figure I’d stop by. This office is conveniently located very close to the freeway, on the corner of Cavalcade and Airilne(a few steps from Asia Market). The front desk staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. One of the ladies even helped me pick out my glasses! Dr. Bui seemed very personable and friendly, greeting me with a smile and answering all my questions. Overall, the office is clean with friendly service. I would certainly recommend it! Everyone has their own experience, but I’ll choose to be reasonable and fair with my expectations. Excellent experience.

I did speak with the doctor yesterday on the phone. It appears that we have a difference of perception. I feel that when I pay for an eye exam, the prescription should be put in my hand before I leave the office. To tell me that they will keep it on file, to me, is skirting the law. I never said in my original review that I was refused my prescription. The moment I asked for it, it was given. And that is most likely what Texas law says: the prescription must be given upon asking. But, as I told Dr. B on the phone yesterday, I have never, ever been told, «We will keep this on file.» Yes, some might not want to have to keep up with it if they’re not ready to purchase glasses, but if it has to be given upon asking, then if a patient loses his copy, all he has to do is call and ask for another one. Yes, I still say that their practice is skirting the law. Dr. B says otherwise. It is for other patients to decide. Since the vast majority of people buy glasses at the same place they have their exam, this is really not a very important point. I, however, prefer to save huge amounts of money by buying glasses online(and have, every time, been very happy with my purchases,) so I want absolutely no hassles obtaining a copy of my prescription.
