Business Owner
Emily Neumann has joined this law firm in 2003 as a Law Clerk and as Attroney in 2005 and now a partner in the law firm of Reddy & Neumann, P.C. She spends much of her time conducting research on the constantly changing maze of immigration laws and uses this information to advise employers and employees on the best immigration stratgey to suit their needs. Her firm files hundreds of H-1B visa petitions, labor certification applications, and I-140 petitions each year. She has successfully responded to countless requests for evidence from the immigration service and audits from the labor department. She represents corporate clients in many industries, particularly Engineering, Oil and Gas, Information Technology, and Healthcare.
