Reiners is by far the best place to go for any of your jewelry needs. Today I was able to purchase my dream ring with the help of Lisa and Lenny. They were very helpful in helping me find everything I wanted in my price range. This was not my first stop on my mission to finding my PERFECT ring and I was not even sure that I’d find what I wanted. They were extremely helpful and when they asked what I was looking for I was unsure how to describe exactly what I wanted, but they paid close attention to the details I gave. They only pulled out three rings and to my surprise the third ring was exactly what I wanted ! The center stone had to be set and the ring needed to be sized. I thought for sure I’d have to wait a few weeks for it. Again I was surprised, it took less than 2 hours for me to be able to walk out of the store with my ring on my finger. I will never go to another jewelry store again ! I highly recommend Reiners :)

Got my pearls restrung here and am very happy with the price, the quality of the work, and the turnaround time. Paid about $ 70 (they charge by the inch) — nearly half the price I was quoted from other nearby jewelers. And I think they do their work on-​site. I picked up my restrung pearls less than a week after dropping them off.

Very nice jewelry but the problem no refund. I made a purchase a day ago and returned because item was too small and partly broken. I understand policy if purchase was two weeks old or longer. I mighy even accept this policy if even a week old but after one day i return for the couple of reasons mentioned and this place flat out rejected me and basically sent me out the door totally dissatisfied. Again, understand rules but there are exceptions especially when it comes to customer satisfaction. I will never return because if I spend my money and there is a problem i need the comfort of knowing i can return with no hassle. I made several purchsses here in past but didn’t know return policy but the one time I have a problem I get treated like I was trying to steal something hurt me real bad. That was my last purchase …

I am always welcomed with a warm smile from everyone that works there– they are the definition of amazing customer service. I come in there to get my engagement ring cleaned.

Wow, can’t say enough good things about Reiners Jewelry and the Reiner family. Steven, Lenny and everyone my Fiancé and I worked with was exceptional. Bought my diamond online and Steven showed me why the one I bought was flawed. Gave me several in his store to compare it too. It was night and day and the price point of the diamond he presented was comparable. I returned the diamond online to purchase a larger one from Reiners. Then had a customs ring made. She loved it, glad we didn’t go to Jareds. Ended up getting her band and a custom ring for myself. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased an engagement ring (stone and setting) at Reiner’s Fine Jewelry and couldn’t be happier! If you want to buy jewelry from a family you can trust, go visit the Reiners… Steven, Lenny, and Irvin all helped us in our three visits to the store before the purchase. They were very patient and did not pressure us at all. They have beautiful diamonds with the quality we were looking for and worked with us to place the diamond in the setting I wanted. They even guaranteed that I would be happy with the final product or they would re-​set the stone. The convenient location makes it easy to go back for inspection and cleaning. I highly recommend stopping in here if you are looking for engagement rings/​bands, anniversary jewelry, or a special gift.

Refiners is definitely my go to jewelry store in Houston. My husband bought my engagement ring here and we went back to buy both of our bands. They are extremely knowledgable and will help you design whatever you want. They are also willing to negotiate which my husband loves.

Friendly, kind, and knowledgable! I had my engagement ring and wedding band appraised on the spot. Relatively quickly, but it was evident quality was more important than speed. Will steam clean rings as a complimentary gift every 6 months after initially becoming a customer.

I worked with Lenny to create a setting for a diamond that I had ordered from another store in NY. He was very helpful and polite even though I kept changing my mind on what I wanted. The ring came out amazing and was a great price. My fiancé is very happy.

I recently acquired two heirloom rings that needed some major TLC — one was missing a small diamond and the other’s band was damaged and stretched out. I was floored when I got both pieces back — they looked brand new! I couldn’t have imagined they could look so good. Price was very reasonable.

Came to Reiner’s to get my ring resized. Steven did a great job and his professional customer service made me feel I could trust him. I definitely would go back to him.

My husband and I chose to go to Reiner’s, a locally owned and operated family jeweler over the mass produced «engagement rings store» for my engagement ring and wedding band. They were very friendly and helped us get the best deal for the budget we had to spend. Not only do they have beautiful inventory to chose from but I showed them what I loved and they customized a setting for me. We will definitely be going back to them for more jewelry! They are the best.

My wife and I have taken several pieces here for repairs, cleaning, and maintenance. The guys have always exceeded our expectations. The prices are fair and the work is top notch. There is no BS. I especially like that we have gone here in comfy casual clothes on the weekend, not exactly dressed to kill, but the people at Reiner’s treat us very, very well. There is none of the typical jewelry store snootiness, looking you up and down, etc. At the same time, it has very high quality jewelry for sale. We will definitely be back and consider it our go-​to jewelry store!

I took my great-grandmother’s antique, 18k white gold ring here (which I use as my engagement ring) to be sized and rhodium plated. The ring had been rhodium plated the year before by another jeweler in Houston, but it still looked quite yellow especially in comparison to other white gold and platinum wedding bands. I was disheartened by my ring’s yellowness and wasn’t sure if it would ever match my wedding band. Luckily, I found Reiner’s through Unilocal.Reiner’s service was excellent and very fast. Not only does my ring look perfect now, but it was very inexpensive to get it that way. I am so happy. Reiner’s has definitely won my business.

As a first time customer, I dropped in to have my husband’s wedding ring re-​sized and rhodium polished, my wedding ring rhodium polished, the prongs on my engagement ring checked/​repaired, and links removed from my husband’s watch (which they did for free on the spot while I waited for estimates on everything else).
I went in just after Christmas and (hopefully) asked that all my repairs be done before I left the country on January 4 (tight timeline, I know). They gave me all assurance that our jewelry would be ready, even though they had an extended New Year holiday closure for their staff.
All my items were ready in a day and a half, and at the price I was quoted! My rings have never shined so bright, I can’t stop staring at them. With a friendly staff that met my expectations ahead of the allotted time frame, why would you go anywhere else? Couldn’t be more pleased!

I highly recommend Reiner’s. I walked in with little knowledge of diamonds, but Steven educated on me on all the diamond characteristics. I was able to find the perfect diamond and setting for my fiancé, all within my budget! Steven was also able to work with us on getting the ring resized, as my fiancé lives out of state. Brought the ring in on a Friday and had it back Saturday before noon! If you want a quality diamond from a knowledgeable and flexible dealer, Reiner’s is the place for you!

I’m a little disappointed, because when I went in doing research for an engagement ring, the staff was incredibly helpful. However that warm and fuzzy feeling changed when I took a watch in. Here’s the story:
I have a Chase Durer (not luxury, but still a nice piece) that had gotten water in the case. I took the watch in to them to have it looked at and find out how much it would be to get it back up and running. I was informed that the gaskets needed to be replaced, and that the service would cost over $ 300. Now, I’m not about to complain about the cost of changing the oil on a Porsche, but I opted to hold off… and am I ever glad I did.
Reason being is that I eventually took the watch to a different local independent jeweler, and asked the same question. I was informed by them that they didn’t work on Chase Durer, but they did contact the manufacturer, and that a «minor service package» (that included new gaskets, a cleaning and pressure testing) cost $ 60!!! I ended up sending my watch in, and even after needing a little more service than expected, the total bill was less than the $ 300 I was quoted initially.
Maybe it’s the fact that they’re more accustomed to dealing with more common luxury watches like Rolex and Tag, but needless to say, with such a severe discrepancy in price, I don’t think I’ll be returning. This is unfortunate because, as I said originally, the staff was always cordial and helpful. This just doesn’t sit right with me.
