Amanda is super nice and fun to talk to. I love the quality of the furniture and the warranty she offers. I told Amanda that purchasing a futon online was cheaper and she was sincere in regards to the difference in quality. She told me to check the return policy and also advised to always measure the futon if I did buy online. She even researched on the spot to find the actual manufacturer of the futon I was thinking of purchasing. Of course, it turned out to be a subpar quality product from a subpar manufacturer, which is exactly what I did not want in the first place. Plus, honestly speaking, if not satisfied it would take a lot of effort to return the darn thing through the mail no matter how good the return policy.
She was never rude and was extremely informative. I purchased 2 KD loungers and 2 10″ twin futons, so I’m very satisfied with my purchase. They are so fluffy, huge and comfy. It’s hard to believe they’re twin size futons, as they appear much bigger.
Going forward, I will be purchasing all futon products and accessories from Amanda. She also has an amazing selection of futon covers in every pattern, color, size and material possible. This store is a one stop shop!

Fantastic business! This was my first time buying a futon and i was incredibly surprised at the quality and selection of the frames and the variety of mattresses to chose from. These are VERY nice pieces of furniture and comfortable! Amanda was helpful and patient as I asked my many questions and visited the store a couple of times. She even stayed past their closing time for me to revist and make my final decisions. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you are looking to buy a futon (and they have more than just futons) I highly recommend Right Futons!

We bought a Futon 4 or 5 years ago and the quality has been great! The Futon has moved from Houston, to Atlanta, to Michigan and back to Houston and still looks brand new. The cover is in great shape despite us having two small dogs.
We recently went back to them because we wanted a new cover since the Futon is now going in a baby’s room. The original cover is still in great condition but we wanted a new color. The owner has been so helpful throughout the process. We weren’t sure about a specific pattern and since she had it in stock we were able to take it home and try it. I’m so glad we did, because when we got it home it just didn’t work in the room. Now she’s let me take home a couple fabric swatches to to choose from so we can order something custom.
A+ customer service in my experience! I would highly recommend this store.
One note, they were located off I-​10 but are now off the west beltway. Google maps is still confused and sends you to the old location despite the address being correct. It’s strange.

Her service was beyond awesome! My mom helped find this place for my sister and I since we both were planning to get futons. We returned back and I finally got my futon and it was AMAZING! I got the platinum mattress and the Southwest in Mocha and the first night was probably the best sleep I had for a while. For those who are looking for a good quality futon I would suggest to purchase one from here.

This futon shop was the worst I have ever seen. Owner didn’t explain product or have ability to share her knowledge; she just said ‘this is what we have.’

Awesome awesome awesome service! Did I say awesome? I cannot say enough good things about this place. Drop in and I promise you will not be disappointed. We have purchased from here twice and would do it again if we needed to.

Customer service was fantastic! Bought a futon frame, mattress, cover, sheets and mattress protector for our 13 year old. Very helpful in deciding the best fit for his room and his needs. If not in stock, they get it in quickly. The quality is excellent! He loves it and we will go back for future needs.

In search of a futon we came to Right Futon. They have a great selection of high quality futons and matresses also beanbags. Customer service is excellent! Amanda was lovely and helpful with answering all our questions. We now own an amazing futon that will last for years.

Absolutely fantastic store in all regards. The service was fantastic as all of my questions and concerns were addressed. The inventory was better than any other place I found in Houston. After comparing prices to even the internet, I found that this place has very competitive prices. The quality if the futons is fantastic. I would strongly recommend this store to anyone looking for a good nights rest.

We have purchased several futons and futon covers for our doggie guest at both of our dog boarding locations. We love the quality and durability of the beds and the doggies love the comfort. The service has always been speedy and very helpful. The prices have been very reasonable for the high quality.

Being lied to TWICE in one day is why this store should get less than a star.
I called and asked about a purple cover for a full futon, «yes, we have that»…no they didn’t. They had blacks, browns, bright red colors… no girl colors as I requested.
Then, when I asked if there were «other» places I could get a cover… they woman said there was not other futon store in Houston.
I said, «oh come on, really?»
To which she said, «well, if you’re going to call me a liar»…avoid this place.
They have a very limited stock and will say anything to get you to waste your time and are not interested in really helping you.
They may be the only futon store in Houston… with that kind client service… hopefully not for much longer.
