History
Established in 2014.
I think it should be the purpose of small and large businesses to make the lives of other people better. I had to make a career change from the culinary world into the medical field because of this belief I became officially licensed in early 2014. I will soon be attending Chiropractic school so I can have a truly respectable practice.

When someone asks me how long I have been practicing, I tell them. I have met many career chefs who practice there craft with dull knives. The thought saddens me as they have no passion, any culinary student with passion already has the tools to cook better than them as their knife is straight razor sharp. All they lack as a student is perspective and understanding, which comes from a desire to do something better. This desire comes from ones passion to master an art-form which is a internal competition with ones-self. All form of work can be considered artistic in nature. When someone thinks that experience is something that is gained in time I almost laugh, because you need to have passion to gain mastery. No passion, no experience, no mastery. Artists understand this internal competition, artists compete with themselves and that is what separates them from those who compete for money. Passion defines experience, the more passion, the more experience, the more mastery.
