I found them when the associates at Zales informed me they could not fit my watch there, and would have to send it off for a week! I told them I did not want to send my watch off and she suggested I try Robin’s.
The guy there (maybe the owner?) was very nice. He immediately and very carefully started working on fitting my watch. he took his time and made sure I was happy with the fit. What’s best is that I only paid $ 7! Zales would have done it for $ 12.99. I am a satisfied customer and if I ever need any work on any jewelry, this will be my shop of choice! (unless I am really far away from Pasadena!)
