Business Owner

Dr. Moon is a native of Houston who attend historical black universities; such as, Prairie View A&M and Texas Southern University where he received Bachelors degrees. Dr. Moon continued on and received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Moon has an active membership with the American Dental Association. He has received such awards as the Pillar of the Community, Who’s Who Top Dental Professionals and he’s a Houston Top Dentist. Lastly, he’s a loving father of four and a all around sportsman.

so Tony call me she got hired for all the damage he did to all patients to give them there money and treatment for free. She swear everything will be fine… awiously again a lie!
So he shave my two teeth of mine without telling me and I was crying cause he never told me he is doing that since that day I CAN T chew drink cold or eat hot food I am completely damage:((((
I dont trust them anymore cause on my second visit they promise to give me my abutment crowns and 3000 $ so Tony told me there assets are froze and OSHA did that why I am again not suprised and If I am not wrong they will close there clinic soon.
Pls pls dont go to them they are the biggest liar… they waste your time, take your money and ruin your smile and your inner peace. They all are joker cause they think its funny to play with patients emotions.

avoid this place at all costs! If you want to sit in the waiting room and the treatment room for hours and not be told they are running behind or anything for that matter… then this is the place for you. No respect for the patient’s time in this office!

Dr. Pumphrey was wonderful. If he weren’t at that location, I’d go to him all the time. However, the staff in the front, especially when you call in, is so rude it makes me never want to go again. They got my billing messed up (more than once). They sent something to collections they had never made me aware of and then tried to apologize. I had to go back to have a filling re-​done and got Dr. Moon. He talked to everyone except me during the procedure and was ticked that he had to do it for free. I found a new dentist in Sugarland called C & C dental and they are lovely.

This place is very unprofessional. If there is an issue that needs to be addressed they totally begin to avoid you and dont answer or return your calls. Being a customer there I felt as though there was some type of Glass Ceiling in regard to the Quality Assurance and customer service. There was no one to complain to. No corporate office. Your left speaking to the office manager Mellisa whom is very rude and cold. Total Nightmare. Just Be Warned. Thanks

Do NOT go to this place! I went in for teeth whitening with a Groupon deal. Their website claims to get you 7 – 8 shades whiter on average. When I got there, they said the norm is 1 – 2 shades. The girl doing the application was present for only about 5% of the process. Apparently, she did not apply the gel evenly because my top 2 front teeth are not evenly colored now, and I have erosion at the bottom of those teeth. I went back for a follow-​up, and the doctor basically told me tough luck. His solution, «You can get veneers.» Really? I’m supposed to spend thousands of dollars on veneers to fix your mistake? Horrible experience!
