Business Owner

Dr. Shadi Abedin was raised in Houston, TX and graduated from The Kinkaid School. She attended Washington University in St. Louis and received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish with a minor in photography. After receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Abedin continued her education at Boston University, where she completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency followed by a 2 year Endodontic residency. Dr. Abedin was awarded a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Endodontics from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Abedin has been practicing endodontics since 2010 and is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), and the Houston Academy of Endodontists (HAE). Her passion lies in endodontics and her first priority in dental practice is providing quality comprehensive care for each and every patient.

I came here off the recommendation of my dentist, Dr. Ashley Brown from Infinite Smiles for a retreat of a root canal from 10 years ago. I will absolutely come here for any root canal work I may need. Dr. Abedin’s beside manner is awesome. She is so nice and really put me at ease to where I could even laugh while I was in the chair. Normally I’m full of anxiety and don’t want to be there.

Dr. Abedin and Cindy are absolutely the best! The quality of personal care I received from their offices was beyond stellar. If every doctor was like Dr. Abedin, there would be many more happy, healthy patients. She is conscientious and extremely detail-​oriented, taking her time to be thorough, careful, and mindful of my best interests as her patient. She explained each and every step of the process, what needed to be done, and her plan to get it taken care of. I felt informed and part of the loop in my care. Additionally, Dr. Abedin has wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel instantly comfortable. Her office is state-​of-​the-​art and positively contributes to a relaxing experience. The best endodontist in Houston!

Dr. Abedine is a consummate professional and takes great care in making certain you are fully taken care of during your visit. The office is so nice and clean and beautifully decorated with extravagant yet elegant pieces of art. I have had three root canals and several consults with Dr. Abedine, and trust her. The view from the window of memorial park is breath taking and one that helps you relax and feel comfy. The gadgets and tools used are always kept sanitary and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend you stop in to see Dr. Abedine when you need an endodontic consult and you will be pleased. The young lady at the front, Cindy, is always so nice and she also assists Dr. Abedine in the back.
Throughout my root canals it was always nice for Dr. Abedine to ask if I needed a break and if I was doing ok. Its time to call and schedule a visit the next time you want some good work done to your roots.
