Took my brand new 2016 Maxima to get fixed after it got hit and Joe and his brother Sharif took awesome care of me. The car color was on point and my car looked better than when I bought it. They took their time but it was worth it. I would recommend them in a heart beat. I’m very happy I researched mechanic shops and found them before making a decision. I would have regretted it had I not taken it here. Thank you guys. I am deeply and forever grateful.

Quoted me $ 1800 for a repair I got done at another very highly rated shop for $ 500. Seems to cater to luxury car owners and charge commensurate prices. Beware of high quotes and unnecessary repairs…

I got in an accident with my bmw m3 and decided to take it to royal collision based on some referrals. They did great work and my car looks good as new.

Coincidentally I had a flat tire in the middle of Richmond Ave. yesterday, 100 feet from Royal Collision. Panicked, I went in the shop and asked them for assistance. I was greeted by one of their mechanics, Sharif. He was nice as ever. He tried to revive the tire but the tire was punctured by some nails. To no avail, the tire could not be fixed so he put on the spare tire and advised me to go to a tire shop since they don’t carry tires at their shop.
During my crisis, I looked around the shop and noticed how many certifications they have on their wall. I also met the owner as well and he was very respectful and professional. The shop was exceptionally clean and seemed to be a very busy collision shop. They specialize in repairing luxury and auto imports. With all of the certifications displayed on their wall, I’m guessing they do an excellent job in repair work and I feel confident in referring them to others.

Joe and his team at Royal Collision are the real deal. I had scraped my 2 month old Acura ILX against a pillar while parking in a deck — there were many scratches and dents along the back side panel/​door. Based on a friend’s recommendation, I went by for a quote. I knew I was in the right place when I saw the Lamborghinis and Ferraris in the shop. Joe was easy to work with and quoted a fair price (even checked against other shops). They finished the work when promised (4 days) and within the quoted estimate. It looks brand new again! The customer service was also top notch throughout the process. Very pleased.

Joe and the team make sure that repairs are done with the utmost quality. I trust their work over the dealership repairs and any other body shop. They use genuine OEM parts and once they are done you can’t even tell repairs were made. Your car will look and drive brand new.

In January I was involved in an accident in my Camaro damaging the body frame tearing the suspension and making the car impossible to drive. Based off the looks and the estimate the car was near totaled and I was devastated. Any other shop would’ve given me an insurance check and ask me to leave however joe knowing how much value the car had to me he took in the project and did not return the car to me till it was better than the day I purchased it. It is understood that once a car is in an accident it will never be the same needles to say my car is brand new and I intend to have it for a long time simply because joe made it more sentimental to me

Royal Collision did an incredible job on my 2005 BMW Z4. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to helping me understand the claim process. The shop’s location is central to where I live and he and his team are very professional and customer friendly. I highly recommend Joe and his team. Their work is superior — I was very happy with the way my vehicle was fixed and intend to bring it back to them at some point for some minor fix-​ups. Thank you Royal Collision!

Joe and his team did a fantastic job on my car. I Highly recommend this shop. These guys don’t cut corners, they are true professionals in body work. After working with Royal Collision, i refuse to take my car anywhere else.

I usually don’t write reviews but this was a must. I was recommended to this shop by a good friend; and overall Royal Collision itself was great. The staff and Joe where very helpful and knowledgeable about the claim process. My vehicle was fixed and retuned in great condition!

Fantastic company!

They did a good job on my vehicle, and dealing with the insurance. I just wish they were more upfront about the timing and how long the process would take. It was a bit annoying having to call every day to find out if they began the work.

I got a dent in my new car few months back. Being new to the place and a new driver who knew very little about cars, I was very apprehensive about were to get the repair done. Thank God, I found Royal Collision (RC) on Unilocal.
I had called several car repair shops, but RC was the only one that responded promptly and aptly. Joe quickly reviewed the damage and let me know what needs to be done. As he promised, the car was delivered on time as good as new!!!
Not only was I satisfied, I was also relieved to find a trustworthy car repair business!!!

My brand new car is currently with Joe at Royal Collision. The entire right side needs repair and re-​paint. Right from the start, dealing with Joe has been a pleasure. I explained to him the situation and what was wrong with the car and he said bring it in. First thing he did was take me into the shop to show me the work that he does. There were Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s, you name it, back there! He showed me a few almost finished cars and told me what damage they fixed… You would have thought it came right off the dealer lot!
Joe is extremely nice and professional. Insurance companies suck, and he knows that, so he deals with them for you. He found some damage to the quarter panel that the insurance estimator did not include in the original estimate. He called and told me he will submit a supplement so that he can get the job done right. I have not even seen my car yet, but I know it will be 100% right.
If you have dealt with shops around the area, you know they may not always keep you in the loop. Joe will, like I said, he already called me to tell me he is submitting a supplement.
Joe runs a fantastic shop and I am excited to get my car back good as new!!!
Royal Collision may not be on your Insurance’s select service shop list, but that doesn’t matter. Insurance will try to tell you that you should take it to one of their shops because if you have any issues with the work done, they will help. HA! Yeah they will help after you spend weeks trying to get someone to agree with you. Well guess what, you won’t have a need to do any of that if you go to Royal Collision!
Go to Royal Collision even if you live far away… It will be worth your while!
I will be updating this review when I get my car back, but like I said earlier, I know it will be right and that’s all that matters!

I have an older car and they repaired it so well that I want to keep it for another 100,000 miles! Joe is awesome and helped me navigate the difficulties of my insurance company, and he was always available to answer questions and to keep it all moving along.
I chose them after seeing a 5 star rating on another review site. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! My brand new 2104 car was the victim of a hit and run at the rodeo. The damage was less than my insurance deductible of $ 1000, so it had to come out if pocket. I researched several body shops and decided to have the repairs done with Royal Collision because of the customer service upon entering the door, best estimate, and the quality of their work. Seeing Ferraris & Lamborghinis in the shop also made me feel comfortable they were going to do a good job. I AM SO GLAD i didn’t go anywhere else. My car looks BRAND NEW! They matched the pearl color perfectly. And had my car ready EARLIER than estimated. Management was so helpful and kind– very professional.

I needed my passenger front window replaced after someone broke into my car. I called a few places and Royal Collision had the best deal. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. They completed the work within a few hours but were able to keep my car overnight as I was unable to pick it up the same day. Most of the glass was removed from my car (I will forever be finding pieces no matter how many times it’s vacuumed) and the glass looked great. Overall great, friendly, and quick service!
