RV Masters was a God-​send when we had a thumping noise under our RV. They took it in immediately after we called and made the repair a priority that day. We found every one of the staff we met to be friendly and intent on getting us going. We were treated well in the comfortable waiting room. The service staff worked diligently and thoroughly to diagnose the problem but charged a very fair price for the work. What started out as a worrisome morning turned into a good day. We were back on the road that afternoon after sharing a few hours with our new friends! Thank you RV Masters!

Professional, courteous staff. They know what they’re doing. Work done within expected time frame. They do not up charge. Will use again and highly recommend.

I purchased a 2008 wildcat 5^th wheel from Holiday World only to find that the A/​C did not work at all. They were 0 help. I went into RV Masters because I had purchased an A/​C unit from them previously, and it was a pleasant experience. I was in an extreme hurry due to storage issues at my office, and needing to move it. They went out of their way to help me get the correct model for my camper, as well as judiciously walking me through installing it myself due to them being backed up, and my time frame. I think I was in there twice a day at least for a couple of days with additional questions. Never once was I met with rolled eyes, nor did they ever make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Alice, the woman behind the parts counter was very helpful in getting me the parts that I needed, and when I had a question that she could not answer, her husband was there to answer it. All and all… TOP NOTCH! Thanks all!

Not sure what’s going on over at RV Master but buyer be ware!
I bought a camper from a friend of mine that had some extensive work done by RV Master. Some of the work was done poorly and some just wasn’t done correctly.
He was charged for a new water pump but not only did it not work, the lines leaked and got water on the carpet the first camp out.
I don’t think these folks are dishonest maybe just careless.
