Jeni has an extensive background in sales & marketing, and was a top-​producer at the #1 Ranked F&I Department in Houston for David Taylor Cadillac. After many great years with David Taylor Cadillac, she felt it was time to get back to her roots in the hospitality industry. She is highly skilled in the Culinary Arts, having spent nearly a decade as the Executive Chef for a 5-​Star, fine dining Italian restaurant called the Railroad Italian Café. With her various background expertise, she knew that a multi-​hat wearing, fast paced, and completely customer-​focused arena is where she belonged.
