Just happened to find this place looking for a parts store. We needed a refrigerator for our rental home so we wanted something cheap and brand new wasnt necessary. We went in, the sales lady Ana was nice. She worked quick to try to find us something.
Everything seemed a little over priced compared to other listings i had seen on Craigslist and such. I told her our budget. She called the owner and dropped the price of a fridge by 100 in a blink of an eye, with cash of course.
We opted for the delivery as we had just spent all weekend moving. $ 59.00 for next day. They couldnt give me a time frame for delivery which was super annoying. She said they would call in the AM and let me know. They didnt. I waited at home all day. I had the day off work and things to do. Finally at 1pm he called said he would be an hour. They called again at 2pm and showed up. One of the guys light a cigarette in my garage, smoked it before unloading and pitched it in my neighbors yard. They had no regard for tracking mud and dirt into my home. They broke a hose clip off the fridge, chipped out my wood floor and banged up two corners on my walls. Again, i rent this place. There goes my deposit.
When i pointed out the damage the guy gave me his suggestions on how I can fix it. Thanks guy. Tell my landlord.

Don’t do it. I went about a week ago to buy a washer and dryer (someone actually referred me to these people! I need better friends), but frankly was put off by their Used Car Salesman aggression to sell me a used, non-​matching set at brand-​new-​from-​Sears prices. My microwave recently broke, so instead I bought a nice-​looking one the clerk said I could have for $ 50. She told me the unit worked for sure, but that I needed to keep my receipt to get the 90-​day money back guarantee. Yay!
Yeah, it didn’t work. The only working button on the keypad was the 3, it didn’t cook anything (lights and spinning plate, but no heat), and the plate started spinning as soon as you plugged it in. So I schlepped it back out to my car, and back to the store. They looked at my receipt, told me they could only issue a refund if the Manager was here, that we was out of town for two weeks, and to come back then.
I left their broken microwave on their driveway along with the useless receipt. What the hell am I gonna do with a busted microwave for the next two weeks? You guys got me for $ 50, but that’s all. At least I didn’t buy the washer and dryer! Lesson = Learned. Fellow consumers, please learn from my mistakes. Don’t give these people your money.
***Update – I had paid with a cc, so I called my bank and told them what happened. They reversed the charge from this awful store and I got my money back. I recommend all my fellow Unilocalers do the same. Don’t let unscrupulous people scam you out of your hard-​earned money! –Especially when it seems to be their business model. Boooo!

If I could put less then zero I would. This company is extremely shady and makes their money on fraud and sales tactics from a 1970 used car lot. Their appliances are from new and all have issues. They hike up the price and clean up each appliance and will drop the price making each customer feel like they earned them selves a great deal. The problem is the units have issues and the warranties do not over much. If you need the appliance repaired you have to haul it in and be without a washer, dryer, refrigerator, ect… For weeks to discover that you your appliance mayor may not be fixed. Bottom line is they are horrible appliances sold at a premium price with a false premise. The office lady and owner will lie and they will lose their false sales attitude once the sale is complete and the issues crop up. And trust me the issues will crop up. I will be surprised if this business is still around in a year. They will probably have to change their name due to their reputation. By the way you can tell that each positive review is from the owner due and office lady if you read carefully.

Well I think I saved myself a bunch of drama I’ve been reading reviews on this bussiness. All bad. Except the 5 star they intentionally leave… was looking to save but can’t handle the drama I’ve read… Went to lowes and got me a brand new fridge instead…
5 star for all the funny reviews I’ve read and not getting myself ripped off by this bussiness…

I wish I could give a negative post! The little sales lady was not helpful at all. She seemed to have an attitude. It took everything in me to not say something to her. I am a small business owner myself and needed a refrigerator for my café. Having known about this place for years and known them since his small shop on Antoine I figured his service and product is better. Nope! I bought a refrigerator for $ 299 + tax. Got it toy place plugged it in and placed my product in it. After a few days we realized that the seal in the door was not allowing it to close all the way. They came out fixed it. I did have to trash some of my product as it was not at correct temp. Another week passed and found AGAIN that it was not cooling at all! We called them and Roy the «owner» said through his tech that we have to pay a $ 70 cash fee for them to come out and fix it. He would not budge or realize that it was his own problem. Again I had to throw out food. All of this happened in less than a month of purchasing it. This place is a scam! Do not shop at this place. You will be better off buying something new after you buy from him and all the service fees of the equipment not working.

Wish I could give no stars! We have our offer price for a fridge we were looking at. The owner said, «what they think this is» as we were walking out!!! They also only have a ONE year warranty only! Bad customer service. I didn’t feel welcomed or any sort of comfort. Would never give them my business.

SCAMMER — BAD BAD BAD SERVICE, PLACE AND PEOPLE — STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. Do not ever go to the 6650 Hoover (290 Bingle) Scratch N Dent place to purchase appliance. This place is total awful. I have purchased a product from this place for my rental house. First, they told me something but delivered another low cost product, secondly, they sent me a product not in a working condition. Right after the tech person left, I called asked for them to fix it. They said I have to pay additional service fee for them to fix it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I HAVE TO PAY SERVICE FEE FOR SOMETHING THEY SHOULD DO IN THE FIRST PLACE? Last, when I talk to the OWNER — ROY to change the product or waive the service fee for the mistake and problem they caused, at first, the OWNER refused to talk to me and asked a tech person to talk to me. After I insisted on talking to ROY several time, the OWNER — ROY finally picked up the phone and talked to me in person, but he is really rude and said I don’t understand the situation, what is done is done. He kept on referring to the contract which as per description — customer requires to pay the fee every time tech person come over. DID CONTRACT SAY THE SHOP SHOULD PAY OR FIX THE PRODUCT PROBLEM THEY CAUSED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY? So, any way, the customer will be screwed either way when you purchase stuff there. Do not go with this company, they set you to failure at the beginning. If the site allow me to get a negative rating, I have no hesitation to do it. Stay away as far as you can. I am planning to report to the ATTONERY GENERAL OFFICE.
After I read the above reviews, it all make sense to me now. They never want to provide service to you anyway, they just like theft to steal whoever they can steal and treat people like crap since they already have a lot of experience do so. Customers should really get together do something to stop this shop and do not let them harm or hurt people anymore.
