Setzer was great, friendly, the appt went well, but the administrative staff were very unorganized and I’m still trying to deal with payment issues a year later. They don’t ever seem to call back and the story changes depending on who I am talking to. They also seem incapable of mailing things to me — I only got the mailed bill on their third attempt.
